The food here is great. But, I often come here and find that they are randomly closed. I get that things may come up, but it happens way too often.

I love love love this place! Fast, friendly, affordable, and finally a speedy drive-through with healthy, hearty breakfast! I'm obsessed with the garden bowl. I only wish there were many more Eggpress's.

I went to eggspress today and at the window after paying the girl passed out an IPad I was thinking I had to sign after using my card . I was wrong I was asked if I would like to tip her. I felt stuck and agreed to giving her a tip. I have never been asked to tip at a drive thru I felt her tactics were aggressive and not a service I would ever tip for. I pay more for food and drinks at this business for a coffee OJ and a breakfast burrito it was over 15.00. The food is good and that’s why I go there but I don’t feel I should tip someone simply handing my food to me out a window . I’m not sure I will go back

My wife brought me back a breakfast sandwich on her way back from Ellesons bakery and wow. The steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel was frickin amazing. The bread was cooked, but soft. The steak was finely cut and tasted amazing. I only wish she brought me a second one so I could post a picture. Cheers Eggspress, well played ???

Terrible. Lower quality products and higher prices. We used to frequent here, but after a bowl I loved had a school lunch chicken patty in it I was done. No real cooking besides the eggs.

I like the quickness, but when you are used to a High quality product and are now forced to settle for mediocre, it’s hard to write a stellar review. The owners used to own Eggsclusive, a sit down restaurant with a full menu. We used to really enjoy the Sailerman crepes and The Mexicana skillet. Now, every time we go to Eggspress (which isn’t that often), it’s just a reminder of the fact that we miss the old restaurant. There is a version of the Mexicana skillet on their current menu. That is now a bowl. Under the old business model, you could chose from hash browns or potato cubes. I chose hash browns. That option is gone. They also used to have FRESH avocado with this skillet. Now, A small portion of low quality guacamole has been substituted. Lastly, the former skillet had a nice fresh pico de gallo salsa. The last time I was at Eggspess, there was no tomato in my salsa. Disappointing. The only reason I Ocassionally breakdown and go there is for their chorizo. I don’t even like chorizo, but theirs is amazing (and still the same one that was used under the prior business model). I’m sure they have their reasons for switching things up, but as a customer, it’s not appealing. And, we sure do miss those sailerman crepes too!

Delicious!!! Always in point, always quick and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Good food, but they sold me an espresso americano that I'm 100% sure was just generic wheat-flavored drip coffee.

I just want to give a shout out to Eggspress on State St. in Sycamore! Ya know, there's something to be said for getting an actual for real breakfast in a drive through. So worth the money, Mini Meaty Bowl with Gravy.....TAKE MY MONEY AND GET IN MY BELLY!

I absolutely love the food here. The speed from when order is placed to when the food is handed to you is also insanely fast. Almost too quick to be able to put the wallet away. Prices have gone up unfortunately and the portions have only slightly mirrored the increase. I have also just recently tried the scramblers and although good, the portion is way over priced. Would recommend any day though to go give Eggspress a try. The food will not disappoint, the prices only sting a little.

Falls short of Eggsclusive. Not that your wallet will notice.

Kind of pricey but where else can you get a skillet to go?
