I ordered curbside pickup, checked in, and then waited in my car as told. Two employees walked out and passed my vehicle and the other 6 employees that were inside of the store popping their pimples never brought my food out. I waited there for 15 minutes after I had received the notice that my food was ready. Finally, I had to go inside to ask for my food. It was sitting there for pickup. Don’t offer a service if you never follow through. I am disabled and that’s why I order curbside pickup.

WHY IS IT ALWAYS CLOSED?! Literally came at 4:30 pm and saw workers in there but doors are locked! GET IT TOGETHER JIMMY JOHNS. Get better workers

I ordered two different sandwiches with hot peppers added to both and only got one with them. Also, the girl at the cash register couldn't even thank me for my order. Kind of a let down.

Don't bother ordering ahead for pickup as you will still wait over 10 minutes for your food once you arrive. Better off just ordering once you walk in the door.

I just left your facility. (2:40pm+/-, July 20)I could have easily made this a 4 or 5 BUT… the young African American fellow on the Cash register needs a serious attitude adjustment. I wanted a make my own sub but didn’t realize I needed to pick a numbered sub and then add the extras. He just stood here staring at me , bored to tears and totally unwilling to help or explain how I should order. Thankfully a young gal who worked there heard me and came to my rescue and explained how I order. The cashier couldn’t care less. And all the staff sure seemed embarrassed by his attitude. If he’s on cash next time I will turn around and walk out and go to Subway. And no, I was not rude, negative or show any negative feeling nags. I Smiled, trying to be positive but I was just a nuisance as far as he was concerned. He's your frontline. He sets the mood the tone of the restaurant. Well no thanks. I’ll go elsewhere!! But thanks to the 3-4 who did help with a positive attitude.

I went in to order a sandwich for my daughter and as I was waiting for them to make the sandwich, one of the sandwich makers, a black woman, was screaming and laughing to the entrance/exit doors at one of the delivery drivers, a white man, about how “he was crazy” because he just threw the food on a porch and didn’t check if it was the right customer. They both thought it was hilarious and were laughing in front of me and 4 other customers waiting for their food. It was unprofessional and embarrassing to watch. I tried to reach out to them to speak to someone about the incident and I was told by corporate it was up to the individual owner on how to handle it, but they reached out several times to the owner already. I never received a call, so I am guessing the owner either condones this type of behavior or is indifferent. Either way, I will permanently end my patronage at this specific Jimmy John’s.

I’ve noticed that every single time I order here, my order is never right on the first take. I can order a sandwich plain and get everything on there every single time. It’s infuriating.

Timeliness of orders. 30 plus minutes for a few sandwiches. Restaurant was dirty and manager was rude.

Do not place an online/app order for in store pickup! They have a pickup table right in front of the front counter but my pickup orders never make it there. I just sat in the store for 10+ minutes waiting for my pickup order and it never came out. At least 5 other groups came in after I got there, placed an order and received their order while I was just sitting there waiting. Finally I went up to the counter and was told my order was all the way in the back corner of the counter just sitting there. If you are going to have a table with a big sign that says pickup, I expect the order to end up there not hiding in the back of the store. Pickup orders are obviously not served in the order they are received, it seems in store orders are given precedence and when they finally do decide to make a pickup order it never makes it to the pickup table when completed. This is not just a one time experience either. I’ve had multiple pickup orders with the same experience.

1 slice of meat on the sandwich which cost almost $9 bucks. Elgin location is far better then this sycamore one. Not a good value for your cost. Even Subway that loads there sandwich's with lettuce puts on more meat then one slice.
