Very disappointed. I ordered 16 piece meal and requested all dark meat. Did not get all dark meat, got 3 dry breast. Almost all dark meat were tiny wings which had about one bite of meat each. Only got 14 pieces of meat. This is the worst experience I had there.

I've always like the Sycamore KFC, but the last couple times, the food hasn't been good. KFC coleslaw has been my favorite, but today tasted stale and like refrigerator. Couldn't eat it at all. The chicken breasts were very dry. Ordered corn and got home to find macaroni and cheese. Not a good experience.

Seriously..You order a Bucket meal and when I get home..not a single biscuit. How do you miss every single biscuit? Especially when it wasn't busy. I would have rather gotten the biscuits on this deal than the fries..

Worst KFC ever. I wish I could give them zero starts. Every single time we go, they are out of everything and all the employees are rude. The past 2 times we have ordered online for pickup. The first time they claimed they didn’t have the order, and the second time they were out of items and didn’t say anything to us till we pulled back around. Absolutely awful would NEVER recommend.

Food was great I witnessed the manager out side smoking weed with his employees it was absolutely disgusting I had my children with me I don’t no the young man name but he had long dreads this should be punishable by termination I’ve contacted the resource departed haven’t heard anything back workers were extremely ghetto and loud didn’t even acknowledge me

I'm not one to do this, in fact it's my first time. I was completely dissatisfied with the face painted child that is considered the manager. When an establishment makes a mistake they generally reimburse the customer that was mistook. I got a cold replacement and extra soda because I sat at the window refusing to move my car until I was compensated. I was yelled at and degraded by this child. Told "this isn't how it works" well, yes, it actually is. If a customer is unhappy and served the wrong food, you make it right and then some for their troubles.
I’m just here to say I freakin love this KFC. Like THIS specific kfc. The food is always good, the customer service is always good. Love it.

Employees closed several hours before closing time, At the back of the restaurant they were selling drugs and getting high (I don't care about MJ but the fact is they were being stupid at their place of work. When we pulled into the drive through they were super rude and ignorant to us. I've tried going multiple times now and Everytime it's been the same damn thing. Needs new employees or the owner needs to step in and make changes.

I was happy to come across this combo KFC/LJS, where you can order off both menus. The best part is they have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is a tremendous upgrade over the usual KFC Pepsi products.

Ridiculous that the guy at the drive thru says. sorry we closed at 6:30. How does this place stay in business when they close at dinner time ? all I could do was laugh. Didn't clock out at 6:30 I went thru at 6:50
