Great staff, but they definitely need to double-check orders before they send them out. All too often, I've had to pull into a spot and check my order because I'd often gotten home and had missing items. My other issue is that when I pay extra to sub in breasts, they don't always add the breasts that I've paid extra for. They subbed in thighs, my bad for not tearing every piece of chicken out of the bucket to double-check this before I left. Cost SHOULD match what I paid extra for.

One of the few Long John Silver locations within driving distance of Rockford. I drive an hour on country roads to get here and it's worth it every time. The staff are friendly and the food is always fresh.

OMG...My husband & I were visiting my son in Dekalb & decided to go to LjS since we haven't had LjS in years, was well worth it, the staff were GREAT..More fast food chains need workers like them.... Will definitely visit again!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a famous bowl and a 3-piece meal. I paid for the up charge for a chicken breast and mac and cheese. My famous bowl had under cooked chicken. I didn't get a chicken breast or the mac and cheese I paid for.
