Terrible service!!!! I understand Cinco De Mayo is a very busy evening for Mexican restaurants, but to be seated and never acknowledged is just unacceptable especially when the waiter clearly looked at me about 5 times as I tried to waive to grab his attention. Definitely not a way to run your business especially with many other competitors (Los Rancheros Taxco, Andale, Flamingo, etc.) within only a few miles away. We were only given menus from the hostess that seated us, but no chips/salsa and no drinks were offered while we sat there for 30 minutes!!! Thanks for NADA!!!!

Stay Away as Owner of this location does not care it’s Failing. He is too worried about his new place with drive through window and all.. Today was the last straw as 3 times and food was wrong and old and they don’t care. The quality of food and service is just getting worse..

I like that the server bringing chips and little pitchers of salsa. With the tiny bowls, you fill up your own salsa bowl. With our table of six, they brought six bowls. The food was plentiful but nothing outstanding. Margaritas were tasty. The service was very good.

i want to start by saying how great my server was. his name is carter and he is by far the best server at the restaurant and gave incredible service. he even wiped the snow off my car in the snow storm before we went outside. along with that he made sure to fill our gas tank before leaving!!! we left a 100% tip because he’s the best!!!!!!!

Only place walking distance from my hotel, Google says open till 9, the signs on the door say open till 10, I walk in a single person looking to order to go at 8:20 and the hostess tells me “our kitchen is about to close, sorry.”I’d say don’t even bother showing up if it’s later than 8pm. You prolly won’t get served.

I took my family here yesterday and let me tell you the overall experience was fantastic! The restaurant is beautifully decorated in authentic decor. Our waiter, D, was awesome! Probably the best service Ive ever had at a restaurant here in town. He took mental note of our order, everything was correct. He was attentive just enough and super friendly. I believe he was also running most of the floor. It wasn't nearly as busy as it should be because their food was all delicious! I hope that people see this and go in there to support them and keep them alive, as their location is not the best. I never leave reviews but they definitely deserve it and the communities support. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was great with my active five year old.

Every time we eat here is a great experience. The food is always really good, their chips and salsa are fresh and delicious. Besides that, the place is quiet and spacious. All of that with a great customer service. The prices are similar to other restaurants on this level.Parking: They have their own parking area and there is a lot of room always.

I've lived most of my adult life in Houston so my standards are a little extreme. Los Panchos is servicable. Pedestrian, low effort margaritas. Mid-west friendly salsa. No carne asada on the menu. Just rib eyes. Um, skirt steak? And the place didn't smell like gilled fajitas. It isn't Tex-Mex. It isn't Mexican food. I've spent a lot of time in Mexico. But it is tasty and I loved our waitress and the environment. So....... tasty, satisfying meal and I will TOTALLY go back there again.

Left very disappointed, and will not be going back. The place was full of smoke the ventilation must be broken. The beef in my meal was just tough and fatty un able to consume.

We ordered food here a few weeks ago using Door dash. The order went through, but when we went to pick up the food, the restaurant was closed. It was Monday evening, and all of their online information said they were supposed to be open. Called and called, but no one picked up the phone. They still charged us for the food. Door dash said to take it up with the restaurant, and the restaurant said to take it up with door dash. We're out $40, and needless to say, we will never try this place out again.

Asked for a few extra sides of sour cream.. tried to tell my wife $8. With an absolutely straight face. For the tiny little side containers that have maybe 2/3 tablespoons of sour cream. EIGHT DOLLARS. ????? That is not a typo. My wife left the sour cream.. they can keep it. And now we will never return again. And neither should you. It’s the principal of the thing. How ridiculous is that? Lose a local customer for life over .50 cents worth of sour cream..

Was 4 star about 3 years ago now one is to manyLet’s start with the staff who will walk by you multiple times and not even acknowledge you.when calling to place an order No one answers the phone called 4 times no one picks up had to dive there and place order in person very annoying and frustrating ending up waiting over 45 minutes when the restaurant was empty ?For some reason prices keep going up and changing. The older Mexican lady who is there during the day time hours I feel cheats on prices when she takes my order it’s always more than when someone else does ( we get that same stuff every time ) so it’s always more when she’s the one dealing with us very weird don’t like it also don’t like that we pay $50 bucks for such small portions of food ! The prices go up and the portions get smaller it seems like .also the to go orders are always messed up and not even worth the drive back to get it fixed ! Very annoying. I asked for extra chips only got one bag missing beans and rice and also the tacos were not shredded beef as I ordered

The last three times I’ve tried to order food from here, nobody has ever once answered the phone after multiple calls. Last time I went in after nobody answered, all ordered was a tub of the salsa (my wife’s favorite), not a single person was in the restaurant and it took over nearly 20 minutes for just salsa. My old neighbor Mr. Lopez was a manager here a couple years ago and during his time, this was our favorite Mexican restaurant in the surrounding area. Not sure what has changed but it definitely has to be hurting this business.

Been awhile since I last ate there, the food is still very good, my server was very friendly, and they still give you a good amount of food.

The last time I was able to successfully order take-out here, there was a hair wrapped inside of my burrito dinner. Since it was the first major error I've had over my previous visits, I was willing to give them another shot. However, as my last few attempts to order here, nobody has answered the phone. The most recent time I called, someone intentionally picked up the phone, dialed two buttons and left the phone off the hook. The time was around two hours before close, after making several attempts 15-20 minutes apart. Won't be ordering here again.
