I am a huge fan of burgers love trying them anywhere I go at least once. This place has one of the best burgers I have ever had. Their double bacon cheese burguer is just so juicy and flavorful, the lettuce is crisp every time and the tomatoes are also super juicy, making it a very harmonious mixture of flavors. Pair it with some cheese fries and it is the perfect lunch or dinner. Definitely will get their burguer more often
I love this chain, so far I don't think I've had a better Italian beef anywhere! Washed down with a frosty mug beer it doesn't get much better than this!

Went to portillos tonight omg got ice cold fries that were old burnt and beef was iced cold no juice dry and cold.

The kids working were nice and efficient. The lettuce in my salad had seen better days. Since I took it to go I didn’t know until we got home. Should have listened to the previous reviews.
Very slow service all around. Took nearly 30 minutes from getting in line to getting the food. And the line was short - I was the second customer in line.Update 4/7/24Service much much better now. Even got this nice touch on the bag on our order - posted photo.
Always a great place to eat. Took our 5 teens for a bite and they loved the "old " stuff?. Food was fresh and they even replaced my sons burger free of charge because he didn't like the BBQ sauce. Good family atmosphere, good food, fair prices.
