3 times, now I've had my Oatmilk switched out with Almond milk without being asked by the employee's, they really should be asking customer's if it is okay to switch out a requested milk, especially with considerable alleries. Thankfully I am not allergic to nuts, however I make specific requests because I do have other dietary restrictions. I'd hate to think of someone who has a severe allergy to nuts and them to just have something swapped out without being asked and then having a severe reaction. Employee's here need to be more mindful of substitutions.

I’ve always been here and had a few problems with my orders but today i went and a black girl (not racist) she has short hair, took my order it’s my first time seeing her there, terrible customer service. She was in a hurry even though i was the only one there, didn’t give me time to see what i wanted to order, she made me feel rushed, and gave me my cup all sticky with caramel syrup not clean at all. I will not be ordering when she’s there. Bad customer service!!

I love going here and everyone is great! Recently a girl named Sarah was hired. Every time I go there and she is working, she doesn’t understand basic questions about the drink nor even how to make them. She is very slow. One time I watched her try and open a jug of milk for about 30 seconds. Now it’s not the slow that bothers me but the last two times I’ve gone, she has been extremely rude. I asked if I could add an extra shot to my drink, she stared at me and said “I guess” in the most rude tone. When I told her I was going to pay with part cash part card she said “you do you.” Such an odd experience and I think it’s time Starbucks addresses these issues.

I ordered 2 drinks from here this morning and one of the employees told me that she wouldn't scan my Starbucks app QR code and when I asked why she said that they don't do that. But they clearly do bc 1. I don't know of a single Starbucks that doesn't do that & 2. They decorated the plexiglas so that customers can hold up phones for codes to be scanned. She was pretty rude and even the person with me was caught off guard.

I love everyone here but today I went and Emma was not good! She messed up two peoples orders right in front of me and she was passing a whole bunch of drinks to her co worker to make and she wasn’t even helping her!! I feel so bad for the co worker

I like my coffee black. Never have I tasted anything so bitter. Go back to the drawing board. Shouldn't need a ton of flavoring to make it drinkable. Will never go back.
