From the start, I knew it wasn't going to be a good visit. There were too many workers at the hostess station, 3 behind the stand and 4 standing around to seat patrons. The system some person thought of for 'next in line to be seated' was ridiculous and did not work. No names, no phone number, just "you stand here and you stand here and you stand here". My party (of 2) was overlooked twice until I said something and the lead hostess said "It was a mistake" and I really wanted to say "Well, your system really sucks and that is the mistake." She was more interested in what was going on across from her. She totally ignored a couple that came in and wanted to be added to seating (but they ended up getting a table before us). It was 6 pm and there was no paper towels in the bathroom and the hand dryer didn't work. The table next to us needed a chair added for a patron and it had ranch dressing or gravy on it. The employee gave the customer a drink napkin to clean it off himself, which I thought was poor service for them. My chiken-fried chicken tasted chemical-like. The group line dance happened every 10 minutes and they really should have been paying more attention to the patrons and the cleanliness of their work area. Lastly, I am REALLY tired of the person seating asking if we've been there before. The chain has been around for over 20 years. It's not a great conversation starter after the first year or two.

Waitress Emily was FANTASTIC! Unfortunately, out of a group of 6, 3 steaks were well done, not medium as ordered. But we did eventually get steaks cooked to our liking and enjoyed the meal.

I've had mixed experiences here, but it's still pretty tasty nonetheless. It's a bit pricy, but it's good for celebrations. I ordered the combo appetizer and they came out cold. The fried pickles were soggy and the cheese on the tater skins were dried cold. It was a bit disappointing, but at least the steak was decent!

The music was so loud we could not converse while we ate. We were told it was a corporate requirement on weekends. I could understand if I was at a bar and grill. Not the first time I was told this is a corporate requirement. The manager, Wyatt, was exceptional. They are lucky to have him. He listened to our concerns and made us feel heard. Thank you, Wyatt, and your staff.

It was my mom's 95th birthday and she enjoyed her meal & attention 100%. Even though she couldn't finish her dinner(she took it home for a second meal), she had room to eat up her birthday dessert ?☺️
