Drive thru-half RAW fries, every time. You need to be certain your fryer is at correct temp, and keep them in fryer FULL cook time. This isn't difficult, and can be a dangerous issue with food safety! Also, the burgers are consistently wrong(always put cheese on when wereleatedly request no cheese). Even when going back through to get burger corrected, you STILL put cheese on it. Why is that small task so hard for your crew??? Every single time!! Get it together.
This building has had a checkered past for only being a few years old. When it was Hardee's, it only lasted about a year. Now that it's a Wendy's, it's mediocre at best. At least it's relatively clean.

I typically go through the drive-thru and there only 1 manager there that gets the order right every time. Otherwise I usually get incorrect orders filled. Such as a request of ketchup only on burgers still gets me burgers with everything. Service is fast. That was my go to place because of cheapest price around for a meal, but with their recent increase, they are no different than any other fast food.
