They have been redeemed! I went back and did the tour. Trevor was very hospitable. The place has a rich in history. We tried rum, whiskey, bourbon and Pecan whiskey. The food was delicious, I had the bbq bourbon burger. He even comped us a very delicious bundt cake dessert! I described it as, "a mouth-gasm."

I booked the Saturday tour, and I was blown away. For $15, you'll hear about the rich history of the land, gang affiliations, prohibition, and the building itself, riddled with tunnels. Amazing! They bring you down underground and into the brewery itself. There's a phenomenal tasting at the end! I went with a group of devout Catholics that still enjoyed themselves lol. Great for everyone

The atmosphere and history of Thornton Distillery is rich and storied. The food is all excellent, highly recommend the Barbacoa tacos, loaded fries, or any of the burgers. Their tours are well worth it and you get to taste all the liquors they make. Weekly specials, a private event space, a collection of retro games, a free pool table and darts, and a large projector with sports typically. Overall amazing location. Top marks all around.

Absolutely thrilled to share my experience at Thornton Distillery! This hidden gem exceeded all expectations. The ambiance is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, creating an inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The history of the building adds an extra layer of magic to the experience. It's like stepping into a time capsule, with every corner whispering stories of days gone by. The attention to preserving this heritage is truly commendable. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—their phenomenal mule and burger! The mule was expertly crafted, with a perfect balance of zesty ginger and smooth spirits. It was the ideal companion to the mouthwatering burger, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a symphony of taste sensations.Thornton Distillery is a testament to the art of distillation and the celebration of local history. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience. This is a must-visit destination for any food and spirits enthusiast!

Our daughter’s wedding was at Thornton Distilling Co. and it was beautiful! Kim, the event planner, was so helpful and everything went off without a hitch. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, the venue itself is beautiful. What an amazing location for a wedding!

Thornton Distillery needs to stick to what they know...distilling. Sunday Brunch leaves much to be desired. Very limited brunch menu and no choice of fresh fruits or teas. We arrived at 1pm and didn't get food until 2pm... then all eight entrees were COLD! The chicken & waffles were flavorless and the Bootlegger burrito was bland. The other 6-8 people at other tables appeared to have waited as well. Service was mediocre at best. Dining area is more of an afterthought since the pool table and arcade games are right on top of the tables. Maybe the drinks are better but I won't be going back to try any of them.

I recently went with a group of 20 people, and we utilized the back room for a meeting space. The space was comfortable, but the music was way too loud. Despite that, our service was Supreme! Attentive service, quick orders, and accurate bills. My Old Fashioned was delicious, and my Bourbon Wings were cooked to my specifications. The parking situation is a little confusing. There are only like 4 or 5 spaces at the front, near the door. Instead, the main parking lot is in the back of the restaurant, so be prepared to walk around front. Finally, the bathroom is single-user and gender neutral.
