Fabulous people here. Most stores these days, especially customer service no longer know how to communicate with people or provide service - here, is the rare exception. The roast beef sandwich is a bit small however so I'd recommend 2 or the double.

The woman who took my payment asks me,"ok please pull around to spot #1 and we will bring your food out"Me - "If it's ok I will sit here because there is nobody behind me in line"Woman- "FINE! IM NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU"....30 seconds later, I can hear through the window 3 employees laughing histerically, and the rude woman hand me my food smiling....I couldn't even eat it for fear of her putting spit, or hair, or dirt or something in my food....Everytime I have been to this location this woman is rude and angry. I didn't see her name but she has glasses, short and heavy set and needs to be fired...

I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. Because I'm never happy with the quality of food compared to the price. I usually regret coming here every time. Today... at this particular Arby's, the staff was quick, friendly, answered my questions with a smile, and the food was great. I'll come back to this Arby's. No other Arby's. But this one cool.

Last week a young lady, named Rhianna I believe, waited on my granddaughter and I. I was there visiting, and my granddaughter wanted to eat at Arby's. She was very friendly and patient. My granddaughter had a hard time making up her mind and changed her order once. The young lady made the changes and was very pleasant about everything. The food was exactly what we ordered. The lobby, dining area, and bathrooms were very clean. We stayed for an extended amount of time to eat and talk. Nobody made us feel rushed to leave. Everyone we interacted with that day was great! Thank you for making our visit pleasant.

They forgot my drink I guess it's kind of my fault for leaving without it. cheese sticks still frozen in the middle. At least the employees are nice! A few weeks ago got chiken strips. They used to be awesome but now they are thin fake chiken strips not good at all. Sandwiches seem to get smaller ever time I go too. Very disappointed with this arbys lately.

Next time be a little more courteous when telling a customer you don't open till 10. It was only 7 min till 10. Pretty sure you were ready enough to make 1 sandwich. So disappointing. Good customer service skills are so hard find. Fast food is turning into a hell hole, overpriced food, ignorant staff and refusing money just because I didn't realize I was 7 min early. Please do better.
