I hope The owner reads this. I live In the building upstairs and these people constantly close the doors a minimum of 30 minutes early. They say I have to go get in my car and drive through the drive through. Ridiculous. This has happened to me probably 10 times so now I go next door to Culver’s. Last night one of the girls yelled at me when i drove to the window because she thought i was Looking at her. Very rude and inappropriate. Not only did I have to go get in my car because they wouldn’t open the door (even though they know I live in the building and walked down) When i did Get in my car, she was rude as hell. It was 8:30pm. Wow.

I would give this baskin robins a 0 if I could. I've always loved going there to gert ice cressam si nice I was a child, but this time, my hopes and dreams were CRUSHED by theyre incompetence. I went their drive through for a cone of chocolate peanut bitter but was shocked by what i actually got... a hastily thrown together, small, smashed up, load of PLAIN CHOCOLATE ice cream with NO PEANTUIT BUTTER in the hole cone,. It looked like some disgusting scrapings at the bottom of the container. They also need to have way more drink options, coke, beer???

The ice cream was delicious my daughter enjoyed trying a sample a also before we decided what we wanted, we ate there is a really nice calm place plus side it smells like coffee .I had brownie Sundae , daughter had 2 scoops of cookie dough ice cream it was great.

The service at this Dunkin donuts is terrible. They are never open when they are supposed to be. Almost 5am and nobody's there or nobody wants to take your order. They got some rude a** people working there too. F*** you guys will never go there again

If I could give negative stars I would. First, I like to order through the app. It is cheaper, and supposedly faster as you can pick up your ready made breakfast and coffee and walk out the door. Almost every day, I have to wait for people in line to get their food before I get mine. I use this app so I don't have to wait in line. I've waited over 5 minutes. Too long for on the go orders. I should be able to walk in and grab it. I've almost been late to work once because I waited so long for an on the go order. Second, the people that work there are absolutely rude. Those jobs are for young people or retired people but they keep hiring these lazy pieces of trash. At this DD, they hire a bunch of losers from the surrounding high crime neighborhoods. They have no manners, they have no people skills, they have no clue what they are doing. In fact, I would be willing to bet that they cannot read because today I paid to have the limited brown sugar chipotle bacon sandwich. When I got to work and opened it up it was not what I had ordered. It had the correct label on it but they made a completely different sandwich. Thanks DD, you ruined my breakfast. I would take it back and throw it in the face of the d*** see you next Tuesday that made it. I will never go to this DD again. There are 2 others on my way to work. I will go there as I never have problems the few times I did. I hope this location closes down. Those clowns working there will probably never find anyone anywhere else d*** enough to hire a bunch of uneducated losers. F You Tinley Dunkin. F you.
