Most of the booths had crumbs and/or hairs on them, and hadn't been cleaned recently. The service for a Sunday lunch was very slow, even when there were only a couple of customers. There were no napkins or condiments readily available inside, and had to be requested at the counter. The bathroom had one stall out of order and one soap dispenser was totally empty, and the floor hadn't been swept recently. Food was OK but not great.

Last night I visited the drive thru for a second time about 9pm after a work shift to order a milkshake and some food. Staff member informed me they didn’t have any. I started to ask if there was normally a cutoff time for them and the man cut me off saying he doesn’t know but he was having the machine cleaned out at the moment. I tried to finish explaining the last time i came around 8pm and it was the same situation and he cut me off again raising his voice saying “ I Dont Knooowww , I dont work nights.” -_____- but its 9pm . He was so rude and condescending i just cancelled the rest of my order and went to Culvers across the street where they didn’t sound like they hated their life and aren’t lazy enough to turn off the icecream machine.

I ordered two woppers today , one single and one double heavy everything on both. But with bacon on the double O.B.
This place looks like it doesn't get any business. It was practically empty. Not much staff. It didn't wow me. Average at best.

Ordered a bacon melt and there outside bun was not toasted. Looked nothing like what I ordered. Service was fast but I guess if you don't toast the bun it speeds it up. Wish I would have driven to Wendy's down there Street.

This is the DIRTIEST BK I have ever seen!Lobby was absolutely disgusting.Every table in the entire place was dirty.Us and the people in front of us decided to just go eat in our cars!No ice in the soda machines.Soda and sticky mess all over everything!!!!!I don't think anything in that lobby has been wiped down since last year.Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting for the girl to get done telling her coworker a story before just waiving my cup in the air. Asked if we could get some ice. She said she would be with me in a minute. No customers in the lobby or drive thru!ONLY good thing about this place was the food. The cook killed it. Burgers and fries were fresh and what you expect from a BK.I don't even wanna think about what the kitchen or bathrooms look like at this place. YUCK.
