My best friends had Fratello’s at their engagement party and omg was it AMAZING! We were so impressed with the food, we just ordered catering for our family Christmas party. Would definitely recommend to try this place out!

First time here and the 7 inch Italian beef sandwich with sweet peppers was very tasty.Quality food. Be willing to pay the price.I also noticed pre-made entrees to go e.g. spinach lasagna, chicken parmesan etc. displayed in the see thru glass refrigerator/cooler. OMG!!!! Their sandwiches are so good, I also got Olives and Tortellini salad. Everything was great. Definitely have to return. Drink was from Open Bottle Craftbeer Store next door

The food was great! We ordered pizza and fries although the menu was so extensive we would definitely go back to try something else. The only issue we encountered was receiving the wrong fries. We ordered the blue cheese fries without bacon and they gave us an order with bacon. Staff were accommodating in fixing the mistake and made us a new batch although this time around it was the wrong fry order entirely. I believe the mistakes were made due to how busy they were and for good reasoning. The food is great and I would recommend this place to others despite the mishap we experienced.

If you're looking for your fresh deli staples, this is a great place. The ingredients in the pastas, sandwiches, salads and soups seem to have great quality and are very fresh. I ordered delivery and it was packed great with good, filling portions but if you're ever in the area you can also stop by to pick up all types of soups, salads, cheeses and trays for parties, picnics or lunch/dinner.

My friends and I were drinking at Open Bottle next door and were super hungry. Came here for the first time, and man the food is outstanding!! Staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the chicken BMT panini. I liked the sun dried tomatoes but it was a little dry/bread-y. I could have use some additional sauce or something. But the staff were friendly and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. I’d come back and try something different. I also see that they sell family sized “take and bake” items & that’s a great idea! I’d come back for a few pans of those too!

My wife and I order from here 2 to 3 times per week. We really enjoy the food. Unfortunately instead of the staff helping out and siding with the customer they'd rather argue and not admit guilt. We order LOADED waffle fries with every single meal there. Today we called back because we only got regular waffle fries and didn't argue of fight but the lady insisted that we ordered wrong. For the 50 cents it would cost them to add the loaded part to our waffle fries they'd rather get confrontational and lose a great customer and our friends and family. That is customer service 101...........the customer is right. That lady just lost business from us and everyone we know. We come from Abbey Woods in Frankfort and pass 50-100 food spots on the way. Our family and friends will NEVER go back.........because of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!.......just understand in business if you are good or great hopefully those customers will tell 10 friends about you...........if service is bad they tell 100 people,,,,,,,that's just reality. For 50 cents take care of the customers. My family catered a meal for $800 from you in the past and tipped $250..........it's not about the money.....it's about making customers happy. Word of mouth is FREE advertising...........make your customers happy. The lady was confrontational on the phone..........that's the worse possible thing to do to a customer, especially when they are upset!!!! Make the customer happy. My wife is pregnant. She orders LOADED waffle fries 3 days per week..... .she craves your fries. She orders LOADED waffle fries with her beef, pasta, sandwich........everything. We ONLY get LOADED waffle fries with every visit. It was a mistake but to aggravate a pregnant, aggravated, irritated customer is not the way to handle a customer. You should have apologized and said that on the next visit you would make her LOADED waffle fries extra special......... just be nice and not confrontational!!!!!!!

Why would you charge me extra Chicken for a meal that ALREADY had chicken?? NO. I did not ask for extra chicken, even if I did there definitely was not “extra” in it. Guy on the phone (Gino) was super rude and assumed I didn’t want a receipt, now I see why I had to ask for it myself which is why I noticed the extra charges late, thus this post. Plus tip?? Pasta was unbearably oily. Since “we’re all in this together” is the company’s favorite response, how about you actually make same changes to the business considering all the advice given in the reviews? You guys are just rude and love to argue is all I see from the responses to your paying customers. Give me a refund. I wouldn’t have had to go “public” if you guys didn’t steal money from your customers.

I understand the need to increase prices, but when you do that and reduce the quantity of the original product, it's like a double whammy...I won't be back
