They always have the grossest ice. Every time I go here and get a drink, as soon as I put ice in my cup, you can see black specs all over the ice. It’s gross.Also, why do they STILL give out mustard packets instead of putting the mustard on the sandwich for me…. I’m paying for YOU to make the sandwich, not me lol

Stopped ordering from here. Was ordering once a week through the app and never saw my rewards go up. Reached out to corporate and this site doesn't give rewards. So i will support local delis and other businesses.

They don't let You use Your rewards and the keypad is kept in a drawer behind the register. What's the point of having the rewards program if this location doesn't let You use them?

Normally have had no issues but most recent order was a disappointment. Got the club Lulu that’s supposed to have extra meat. It was maybe 2 slices of turkey and one and a half of bacon. I asked for reg cucumber and they were maybe 3 slices.

They are consistent at this location and friendly. The only problem is they are really not freaky fast with deliveries. The last 3 times I have ordered from there it took about an hour to get a sandwich. When you order on the app it doesn’t give you an ETA but it is really disappointing mainly because I order from there at times when I am on a short time frame.

Would not honor my Jimmy John's gift card. Francesco, who said he was the owner, stated card could not be read. Left this location and went to different Jimmy Johns. Card worked perfectly.
Very friendly & great service I'm only giving them a 4 because they didn't add the extra strawberry cake that I paid for to my blizzard

I ordered the veggie sandwich, and it was great, until I realized there was a hair in my food. I immediately trashed the remainder of the sandwich. GROSS. Please wear a hair net. And no, the hair isn’t mine, as I have very curly hair, and the hair in my food was straight (zoom in on either photo to see).

Other Jimmy Johns have done it, but they refuse to give you oil and vinegar on the side here. Either you have it on the sandwich or not at all... Then they forgot my pickle.
