Got a very old large fry and one of my other fries was missing entirely. Couldn't get my order the way I usually always get it because they "couldn't" do it.Sundae was was already melting. And paid almost 4 dollars for what woul is probably be the equivalent of 1 scoop of ice cream.

This location is my backup because my primary likes to not work through the app sometimes. Staff here is pretty good about the job, typically good with requests, if they ask you to pull ahead and wait at the other window they don't usually forget you. Being one of the few overnight options makes them crowded at times, but their spot is not so bad for it. Actually not a bad franchisee.

Service thru the drive thru is slow. Even when its not busy. Then every time when i order and tell them i want no pickles. They still put on pickles. So check your order before you leave

Really not a fan of the service. The manager took our order in the drive through. He mumbled and rushed us through our order. Ended up giving us the wrong size drink because he misunderstood what we asked for in his rush. When we went inside to correct our order, it was apparent that the staff was more interested in having personal conversations than doing work. Go figure.

The biggest struggle. The girl took my order and got it wrong all I wanted was a dbl cheeseburger with Mac sauce large fries and a coke when I got to the window they gave me two dbl cheeseburger no fries and no drink when I addressed it they tell me I have to get back in line!!!! WHAT?!?! for what your giving me my food wrong this isn't what I ordered why would I get back in line he said cause we only charged you for 2 dbl cheeseburger but again not what I ordered, I will pay the difference if there is one cause I this point I paid more for 2 burgers than what cost for fries and drink made no sense at all! Then I have to wait for cold food! I understand these are thr young generation that needs to learn and most likely first Jon but TRAIN them!!!!! All this drama when all they needed to do is remove one burger and add fries and drink! The crazy part the manager told the kid there was nothing they can do! What?!?! So lost with the service I received.
