No way this is a well done pizza and at 40 bucks on discount I would expect a better response when I called them back. Put it back in the oven and the kids ate it. This is after I put it in the oven! Ordered from village for the adults....

Waited an hour only to get the wrong pizza. Waited another hour for the correct pizza, that was good. They took the wrong pizza that sat open on my counter when they delivered the 2nd. Thought that was strange

We’ve been a long time customer of the Tinley Park location, but it’s time to find a new pizza place. My last order arrived 30 minutes before I scheduled it and it sat on our porch getting cold until we got home. There was no apology, just an indifferent attitude from the girl that answered the phone. It also cost over $37 for a large plain pizza with tax and delivery. The other menu items have been very disappointing and I’ve had multiple wrong orders over the years. They need to improve their customer service if they can’t get the correct order. I won’t be wasting my time or money at this location again.
