I ordered ahead and went in to pick up my order at the counter. There were bags up there but no names or tickets on them so I assumed they were still being worked on. Then they added to one of the bags, put a ticket underneath it that was faced towards them, and never called the name. So I continued to wait and wait. Then it was to the point where I was waiting now 5 minutes inside for a rapid pick up order that I had placed 10 minutes ago. So I went up to the bag with the ticket towards the kitchen and it was mine that they never called out or even asked if I was waiting for a rapid pickup. Would not recommend this Panera at all. Too slow and incompetent.

My daughter had ordered the food and I didn't want to go through drive through to pick up so I went inside to pick up. The 2 young ladies working the front were friendly, efficient, and helpful.The food was hot and well packaged.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I went through drive through yesterday around 4pm to get dinner. I waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru. I got up to the window sat for another 10 minutes finally asked the girl what's taking so long, she told me another 10 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager, the manager came to the window with ear pods in real professional! NOT! Then said there just really busy when I can clearly see there screens they had 2 orders on there screen. They were So busy the girl was on her phone right. All she offered me was a you pick 2 for free card. That's ridiculous! Corporate needs to come and shape that place up. DO BETTER!!! Don't lie to faithful customers, be honest, it will get you farther by being honest.

Was greeted with a smile and friendly staff - from the front counter to the “kitchen” staff. The atmosphere was inviting.Ordered the pick two - Frontega chicken and butternut squash soup.The sandwich was better than I remember getting for the last two years and the squash soup was hot and very flavorable.I will return!
