Just ordered two Venti, 1 Frap & 1 cookie crumble with decaf, two of the worst drinks from Starbucks, could not go back in to tell them its bad; Order extra caramel and there was no extra caramel at all; The young man wanted to remove the whip cream and put extra caramel over and put the whip cream on top of it, I said no! It should have been right the 1st time; Both drink were very very bland..

You just feel refreshed after sipping on their product. I had the green tea lemonade. So good!!!! This location doesn't have many seats but you get fast service.

I have been here a handful of times within the past year or year and a half and the service is always poor. I typically don't leave poor reviews unless behavior is repeated multiple times, so here I am. Many times at this location cashiers have started me down, not in a suggestive way, but in a way that feels patronizing and cold. I have always felt unwelcome at this location and I'm not sure if it's just us or if others share this experience. They also take a while to make the drinks sometimes. Just now they forgot about one of my acai refreshers when I ordered 2 acai refreshers and had just made small talk with the clerk about how I need electrolyte and they made the one right then, but then forgot the other, and it is not busy. How do you forget the second one after you just made the first one? I waited for a while for my second refresher because I wasn't sure if the first one they put out was mine because they did make it very promptly, I'll give them that. So I waited for a while for my 2nd refresher and it got to a point I saw employees had stopped making drinks for a while and were doing side work. They probably assumed I was a part of the protest [when I was waiting on the 2nd refresher and hadn't grabbed the first one for a while because like I said I wasn't sure if it was mine, especially because they didn't put 2 acai refreshers together] when I sat at the table waiting. I mean, I probably should be, but admittedly I can be a bit hedonistic sometimes. The girl was looking annoyed and that's also why I assume they assumed I was a part of it. Then, when I finally went up and asked about the 2nd refreshes, the way she answered me was kind of short and weird idk how to explain, which was weird because I thought they would be happy that that wasn't what was going on and that they had just made a mistake and forgot a refresher rather than another customer wasting food. Since I got a little caught up describing today's experience, let me now tell you why my previous visits over the past 12-18 months ago this location was wonky, aside from the being started down and grimaced at each time. They also often say that they do not have pumpkin spice even when it is in season of VERY close to season. My experience with every other starbucks location has always been that they are more than happy to fix me a pumpkin spice latte even if it IS out of season, which was nice because the first time I tried it outside of season I was a little shy that it may be annoying. But at this location, even during season they will not have pumpkin spice. I know demand is a factor as many people want their PSLs when they're in season, but this combined with the staring and being grimaced at thing strikes me as this isn't because of demand for PSLs and supplies, but rather, some kind of attitude? And I am not sure why. I remember a few times from last Halloween that this location did not have pumpkin spice even when it was DEFINITELY in season.

I was there around 6:50 6:45 I ordered a pink drink and I just want to say that whoever was at the window charging was the most sweetest person I have ever met ! She was so nice and honestly made my day seeing someone in a good mood for once! She definitely deserves employe of the month or something for her being so nice and genuine!!!

Probably the best Starbucks in the region. They are in a strategic location with high traffic (given they are on 159th & Harlem), and they close later than others. The workers are usually friendly & efficient but like all other Starbucks stores, they have a habit of skimping on your drinks - they add too much ice even when you request little ice & hardly fill up your cups. I get a little gap is necessary to prevent spillage but it definitely goes beyond that.Parking: Dense area, but you will typically find parking even if you have to park a couple of buildings over.

Very disrespectful staff, this guy that was there taking the drive thru orders around 4pm is a complete jackass, I will never buy from this location ever again, thanks to that disgusting staff!And now judging by some of the reviews there appears to be a racism problem at this Starbucks location???

Okay, location. Service needs to be better at making drinks correctly. I noticed that one of my drinks was not made right. Instead of making it over, it was simply poured into another cup and had other toppings put on top of it. At 15 dollars for two drinks, at least they can be made correctly.Maybe less chit-chatting and more. Read the labels for mobile drink orders correctly.
