The worst location inside jewel! The employees are constantly making the drinks wrong. The last time I went, my frappe was so icy that I couldn’t drink it through the straw. I had to go home and throw the frappe in my blender to thoroughly blend myself. There is also always an issue at the register. If you wish to use your rewards/stars, prepare for a long wait and mistakes with your transaction.

Went in for my simple morning Venti Vanilla Pike Hot Coffee with Lite Cream. I get to work take a sip & it was awful #1 not what I ordered #2 they say well we are out of Vanilla so we substituted with sweet cream. Please be clear with your customers if you don't have something ordered, don't take it upon yourself to substitute something, just tell them your out of it.
