Had no problem going to this location until Feb. 21st. The barista with the rainbow (?) colored hair took our order and asked my mom to repeat one of the drinks and when we made it to the window, it was wrong (surprise, surprise). After notifying her of it, instead of being accommodating she decided to be a condescending jerk and try to tell US what we said. Needless to say, there’s a reason why there’s no cars in the drive thru. Go to the other multiple locations where they will actually treat you right. SMH.

I have gone to this location maybe 5 times. The other day is definitely my last. I read my order and was asked to repeat it which I did. Pulled up to the window and the older lady with multicolored hair came to the window, no greeting or anything. I paid for my order and was handed my drinks and immediately told her that she gave me the wrong size. This lady decided she was going to be condescending and explain the sizes too me with an attitude. My daughter said no you gave her the correct size, long story short I don't have time to argue when there are other Starbuck location with friendly employees that will make my order correct.

Customer service is very important for me. I went here at 5:52am thru the drive thru no one said anything over the speaker. I pull up to the window and see people in there, so I went inside. The lady's acted like they didn't see me and when they acknowledged that I was there one laughed like it was a game. The other said we are not open I said what time do you open she said 5:30 it was almost 6. As I walked out one came and locked the door. My problem is why not just say you're not open over the speaker? It would have stopped me from coming in and it was raining. Also when you seen me walking in you could have just waved and said we are not open if I'm in your face it should have been easy to take my one cup of coffee order.

I went to this Starbucks for the very last time today. I used to come here every day because it’s the closest Starbucks to my house. But the employees here are unbelievable. I’ve never been to a Starbucks location that is consistently rude every day like this one is. Their employees are always laughing at customers, making drinks wrong and blaming YOU for it, being impatient, and literally never smile or are ever friendly.Today was my last straw. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and my drink was mistakenly made with coffee (this has happened several times at this location). So I went back to tell them the drink was incorrect and proceeded to tell them what drink I ordered. They kept interrupting me and acting like they wanted me to stop talking and said condescendingly “we know ma’am, we know what drink you ordered”. I’ve had so many bad experiences here and being this pregnant, I decided just to leave and never go back. I will go to the other Starbucks in the area. These people treat customers horribly for what customers are paying for their drinks. I don’t know how many of them haven’t been fired yet.Starbucks was notified about this. Listen to all of these reviews and take your business to one of the other two locations in Tinley park!!

This place needs to CLOSE DOWN. I get Coffee every morning and have given this place multiple chances but they are incompetent and unfriendly!They continue to make our drinks incorrectly. The staff continues to give us a hard time and very surprised management has not taken action.I will be spending my money at Dunkin’ or McDonald’s from now on!

I walked into Starbucks tonight and was prepared to order my same old regular drink, but then I spoke with an incredible barista - Lisa! She suggested another drink that I never thought of, and it was AMAZING! We chatted more and then I met another Barista - Maddie, who was sooooooooo friendly. Chatting with them both after a rough work day was the icing on the cake for me :-)

I was definitely taken aback this morning with our experience. When we pulled up the drive threw was 10 deep with cars, so we decided it would be quicker to go inside.My daughter walked into the store at 7:35 put her order in and proceeded to wait for 18 minutes until I went in the store.In the mean time, the drive threw had 17 cars go through and 4 other people that walked in after my daughter that were given there items before her (these we not the pick up orders) these were customers that placed their orders with one of you associates, after my daughter.I understand your busy and understaffed, but this is very unacceptable. 20 min for 2 drinks as I watched at least 15 orders get filled that were put in after hers. I ended going in to get our drinks. All customers should be serviced in the order that they came in, and not be prioritized by age. Yes I said it, they thought they could make her wait cuz she was young and wouldn't open her mouth. We will never spend our money with your company again. Which is sad cuz we get Starbucks on test days for school and my daughter looks forward to it.Kid-friendliness: They serve the kids when it's convenient for them.
