It took us a long time waiting for our food even though there weren't many people in the place.The temperature of the food was not adequate. The burger was cold, you could feel the cold fat of the meat

Pros: The staff here is very attentive and friendly, the food is delicious, and it comes out fast and they always get the orders correct.Cons: The place was a little dirty and the coke was very flat.Overall I'd recommend coming here. Steak and shake is always delicious, I'd bring some wipes for the table or just be direct with the staff, I'm sure they'd help they're all very friendly.There's also great kid options. My two kids loved their meals. The skinny fries are really crispy too that's my favorite part.Parking: There's a big parking lot with free parking.Kid-friendliness: It's very kid friendly, there's a smaller burger and a hot dog on the menu which my kids loved.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots in the parking lot and no steps to enter.

Place has changed alot !!! Food comes out slower now because of the touch screen for ordering. They get your food wrong more and forget ideas easier because there are no more waitress/waiters to serve you !! Food is still very good but you complain more about what you are missing and whats wrong with your order then try eating your food at this location. Never coming back or recommend !!!
They have a combo with 2 burgers but the guy said that wasn’t true and only gave us 1. It took forever to give us our food. Fatty over the counter was singing and playing with his balls instead of cooking.

The food is good, hot and ready but they never get my order right. I always ask for lettuce tomato and onion on the burgers and I never get it. I also repeat my order and get my order repeated back to me and every time I open the sandwich it never has the toppings I ask for.

The dining area was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The food was horrible (way too greasy and the onion rings were fried extra hard). The best thing was the shakes and one of the 4 orders had hair in it. Nobody has a hair net on. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I left and decided to write a review instead. Please do better or close down.
