This place is absolutely wonderful. From the decor to the staff it is a great little spot to grab coffee, ice cream, and even Red Bull refreshers. I ordered a Valentine's Day box for my son to give his girlfriend for a Valentine's Day Present . And of course I had to get one for him as well. I love the decor that they have inside of the shop. The staff was very attentive and just wonderful to be around. I would recommend this spot to anybody that's looking to get a local coffee. While I was there, picking up the Valentine's Day boxes I also had a caramel latte and my son got a watermelon Red Bull refresher. I did like my latte unfortunately it was not as sweet as I would like it to be but that has a lot to do with preference of course. My son said that he liked his Red Bull refresher, but said that it honestly just takes it just like a Red Bull with a little flavor into it. but I love supporting small businesses and this is one that I will continue to support.

Mid-day weekday in winter. Gonna share a good secret with the world. If you need to work on a laptop and enjoy a good sugar free Smores flavored hot Latte look no further. Shhh!

The Scoop has so much more than just amazing ice cream. I regularly survive off of red bull refreshers and they make the best Chai lattes I've ever had (try it with oat milk!). The customer service is always second to none. My dogs love The Scoop as much as I do!

Fabulous ice cream! So Good! The Chocolate Pothole Ice Cream is phenomenol and the Banana Split Nacho's ....WOW! So good! They also serve coffee (very good and rival the big chains) and panini's plus so much more. Their staff are so sweet and helpful and beyond patient when we come in with a group of kids. Check them out, you won't regret it!

6$ for a scoop of icecream. Wasnt even frozen and melted way too soon. Wore most of it. Didnt even come over the top of the cone. For $5 ill go to PJS in Manteno. U get 2 types of ice cream and its so huge u need to ask for a cup and spoon and its FROZEN ice cream. Not a mushy small shakeI won't go back here. Go 5 miles South for WAY better.

Terrible service. Old tasting ice cream. Way overpriced. You are better off going to th grocery store and buy ice cream there.

Tried the green apple lemonade smoothie - highly recommend!!! It tasted amazing but the texture is what was really memorable! Smooth, creamy...unlike anything in a "frozen lemonade" capacity you'll find anywhere else!

I enjoy supporting small businesses, and although I was excited to visit The Scoop, the customer service there was a big let down. The young lady working the counter seemed very standoffish, cold and distant. Not to mention, I was the only customer there. Besides the customer service, my milkshake wasn’t great. Which is unfortunate, because I spent almost $7 for a 12oz.
