On my way to work I walked in to this restaurant and ordered SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH(combo) but instead they gave me totally different order with Pork product in it.unknowingly I took it and after opening the meal I returned but the lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional with very bad attitude. Therefore double check your orders before you leave. Don’t recommend anyone to have business with this facility.Parking: Reserved parking

Ordered the French Dip and Swiss as well as a Big Cheese I believe. Never got the au ju sauce. Called up and informed the store when I noticed as we had gone through the drive-thru and didn't see until we got home. Even though right before we pulled away from the window, i confirmed with the worker that the juice was in the bag and he said "yes". They said I had to come back to the store to receive a refund. Definitely need some better service and training.Edit: Company responded and I answered the questions on the link provided. We shall see if things get fixed.

Got main course before 2100. Good job. Went back to get a vanilla shake around 2220. Closing time was posted as 2300. Clerk said "machine was off for the night", hence why 3 stars instead of 5. I expect that kind of excuse from McDonald's, not Arby's. Do better.
