Disappointed with the staff. If you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE then the CUSTOMER should be treated nicely. Order was totally messed up. Food was mediocre. I work in customer service too, I get it. I also make minimum wage…but without the CUSTOMERS I would have no paycheck.

Well, this used to be a good place, I don't know if it was a bad night for the girl that waited on me, or what. My drink was correct, gave me completely wrong food. Ordered a couple bacon wake up wraps, and an apple fritter. To start she didn't know how many a copy is, should have been a red flag for me, I missed it. I got two pancake somethings, idk what those are called, and a cinnamon roll instead of an apple fritter. Didn't find out until I was back on i70, so not much I could do. Definitely double check your order.

such a great staff and amazing service! They will remake your drink if it doesn’t taste exactly the way you wanted.
Ordered white hazelnut ice coffee. The girl gave plain cold coffee. I asked why is it without cream so she gave me cream on side saying you can add it yourself and I refused cause I don’t pay 4$ for self service and she also refused saying once served we don’t touch the glass but then she found that guy took wrong order so then she touched the glass and put syrup and cream. It just tastes awful. Never coming back to this location.Owner needs to conduct attitude class with the people working there. This happened around 4 pm on Feb 4.

I stopped in to get some donuts to go.The people in front of me, a man and woman, had placed their order and we're waiting for it. I was the only other person in the store except for the 6 employees behind the counter. None of them greeted me. None said ,I will be right with you, none said anything to me. So I waited and waited and then finally in a loud voice said "Have a good day" and I left. Horrible service! No service! I called the phone and I got the manager's voice mail. I left the message and my name and number.The rest of this survey does not apply to me as I got nothing to go, was not allowed to place an order. So I got nothing.and I spent no money as no one would take my order. My recommendations would be Go to Casey's and get a doughnut and the staff will speak to you.Thanks

I just stopped in and bought a coffee but I am now 25 minutes up the road. What was supposed to be a large Dunkin Midnight with cream and unsweetened vanilla, taste like hot water with cream and Unsweetened vanilla. There is absolutely no coffee taste whatsoever…… What a waste of almost 5
