How are you going to run a fast food restaurant next to a truck stop and not accommodate to truckers? Tried to walk in but due to them being “short staffed” the lobby was closed (there wasn’t a single car in the drive through or parking lot waiting to order). On top of that i couldn’t place an order in the drive through because I wasn’t in a car. I guess they’re expecting me to drive in with my 18 wheeler. Long story short I couldn’t get food after driving for 11 hours… do better

This place was trashed. Food and junk all over the floors and tables. The restrooms were nasty. It took forever for the rude lady to take my order. I love jack in the box but if this place isn’t any better than this next time I stop by I’ll never be back. Get it together manager

I have never eaten at Jack in the box and I really wanted to try it today but by the reviews I'm honestly afraid now, I feel now I'm not going to be happy with my purchase at least at this location so I'll give it a shot again at another location whenever I see one.

Excellent customer service ? Food was great just as I remember from Southern Cali. They made us 40 Tacos to go efficiently and in a timely matter. Wish we had a Jack in the Box in Olive Hill, KY.

This is the worst Jack in the — — — well, I don't know! I've never successfully gotten food here! The employees here, especially the gigantic old woman who can barely move, are rude, crude, disrespectful, incapable, and more — none of it good. I've been to some pretty pathetic fast food joints but this one is the king of them all. Disgusting. Very easy to turn around and walk out.AND TO THE OWNER: DON'T ASK ME FOR MORE DETAILS, AS YOU USUALLY DO. I DON'T CARE TO SHARE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THE LIKES OF YOU. AND IF WHAT I'VE JUST PROVIDED ISN'T ENOUGH, THEN YOU NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT OCCUPATION. OWNING A BURGER JOINT ISN'T FOR YOU.

Drive through worker was super rude. Told us to pull into spot 1 after parking, where they already had multiple cars parked in also waiting. The place is alright. They're short staffed and made sure to let us know when we got in, so I'll let the wait slide. But beware, there is a good wait. The service was good from the new guy (I'm assuming in training), but the other girls did seem a little irritated. Overall, the food and service were alright, I've been better, but they are trying to be short staffed, so I applaud them.

I was trying to order food exactly at 9:00pmOn the drive thru the lady told me they were not taking orders anymore only mobile orders and I only had 10 minutes to order on mobile appI parked place my mobile order and after finishing there was a line of about 4 cars and she was taking the orders on drive thruI asked her why would you tell me to place a mobile order if your taking all this peoples orders she said co worker went to take the trash out.She asked for my name I gave her my name and she was really rude about it.Can someone pay attention to this type of things business now a days go down because of customer service

These reviews are crazy and to who's responding with all these bad reviews needs to put a stop to te this yall need to hire people who care about the work they do I was about to go and check yall out since I'm parked at pilot but I'm about to take my business elsewhere there shouldn't be a reason why this location should be at only 3 stars when it's pretty busy over here
