Service is usually good here other than a couple of times. Now I have one to add. One of my DQPC patties was pretty much raw half way through it. I fed it to the dogs.
On multiple occasions now, I have placed orders to this location with the assumption that they are open because the app, google, and the signs at the store all indicate being open until midnight only to be told that the you are closed and systems are down. There were at least 5 employees hanging out on the back porch and when i told them i would wait for the systems to come back on, they told me they were off the clock and only had two employees working who were only there to clean. Normally this would not be a big deal but because this is now a regular occurrence, i feel the need to spread the word. I was told they could not see my order, therefore not give me a refund. I would like my refund and an update to your store hours, please and thank you.

Time and time again, the frappe and shake machine are down for weeks at a time. If I didn't know any better, I would say they're intentionally giving Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins the business.

McDonald's is going down hill. The foods not as good the prices are ridiculous and hell I stood for 5 minutes before someone actually came to take my order.
I just never have good experiences at McDonald's. I almost never go and when I do I am disappointed.

Stopped specifically for McRib . After over 15 minutes in drive thru, told that location doesn't carry that. Since we have given up on their tiny tasteless excuse for hamburger patties, we opted for double fish - surprised those are no longer crispy and now equally bland. The fries were fresh and crispy... Still not as tasty as the pre-1990s change. Weirdest thing was the slight cherry flavor in regular coke!

Fries were delicious, fresh and hot and cooked in clean oil. Burgers were too.The people working the drive through were very friendly.Kid-friendliness: There's a play place in this location so I imagine kids are welcome.
