I used to love coming here when I was little, no older than 6 years old (way back in the early 1990's?). My Grandpa Leon would bring me... always sat closest to that old vintage jukebox ? I became real good at the pull tab tickets and won my first $50 on a scratch off ticket across the way at Bunny's (we were also frequent visitors there... back and forth lol)I am so thankful for all of the memories I've been able to create here...? A place where everybody might know your name. I'm not one for national government affiliated organizations but The American Legion has a bar in their basement. It's a hidden gem in Urbana. Cheap drinks, old fogeys, a big screen television, a plethora of pseudo gambling video games and a spacious area that should host rock concerts. Instead they rent it out for weddings, reunions, etc. But! Boo for the internet jukebox. It's a rip off at any bar.
