The roast beef in Champaign Illinois 10 times better then Arby's in Urbana I'm thinking that the meet there is sliced too thick but it is not tender like the one on Springfield avenue in Champaign

What is with this location?? What are their actual hours? We went to order twice in the last couple of weeks after 6pm and lights are off but people are standing behind the counter. Online says they are open till 10 p.m.. Doordash says they are open till 7:40 p.m. This is horrible business.

Like most places these days, just because you are a customer standing at the front counter doesn't mean there is any reason for employees to rush to the cash register to take your order. When my order was taken, they did a fine job of cooking it, assembling it, and serving it with a fair amount of friendliness which seems rare these days also. The store could use a carpet change but it was as clean as you can possibly get it.
Staff was polite and the order went through quickly. I ordered the beef n cheddar and chicken sandwich for the $7 deal. No complaints what so ever.Also the place was very clean!

The food is consistently delicious. They offer a wide variety of unique American dishes that you won't find elsewhere. If you're looking for a change from chicken and burgers, you can try their roast beef. And if you're tired of regular fries, you might enjoy their curly fries as a tasty alternative. The desserts are also quite enjoyable. Personally, my favorite items at Arby's are either the Gyro or The Jalapeño Roast Beef Slider. Just thinking about them makes my mouth water. However, considering it's a fast food chain, the service is decent but not exceptional. The interior could benefit from more vibrant colors and decorations to liven it up, as it currently appears rather plain.

Staff was fine and the food is your typical Arby's. However the rating went down due to the bathroom. The first stall had no water in the toilet and the second was clogged with toilet paper. The third was fine but I think only because the stall was broken and not able to lock.Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs available and a kids menu.
