Fries and burgers are cold… I can’t believe it

I have never left any 1-star reviews on GG Maps but this BK really turned me down because of the staff's attitude. They had a bunch of time chatting with their colleagues but no time to say "Thank you" or smile or at least show their respect to the customers. The way they talked to me made me feel like I was begging for food. And they got my order wrong. I will never come back although amenity is great (esp the restroom)

We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru which is fine it’s our choice but we started to think they were closed so we just said hello to the intercom, there were no other cars. And the lady yelled at us and said to wait and that they’re understaffed and also said she already told us to wait. Which she didn’t she meant the pre recorded message. Like full on yelled at us. Ridiculous

Went there today, high chairs were sticky and dirty. Soda machine was leaking soda and water all over the floor and only had like 3-4 soda options working on the whole screen of like 25+ options. They were completely out of kids toys for the kids meals and one of the order screens wasn't even displaying a third of the menu so it made it hard to order.

I’ve ordered here quite a bit the past year. I kept getting coupons for them that made getting a ton of food for cheap very easy. However, there wasn’t a single time where i ordered from them and they didn’t completely botch it in a way that makes me think there isn’t a single member of their staff that could pass the third grade. Seriously. Every. Single. Order. Has been completely wrong. BK support only offers a $10 coupon back as compensation. It’s a joke. Do NOT order from this location until they learn how to have quality control.Worst fast food in Champaign. Worst BK in the country

Try being respectful. Ask May I when you order your food. Say please and thank you. My food is always fresh, Hot and the best. Burger King is absolutley amazing. Everytime. Its been amazing for 32 years. Its clean and it looks like the commercial. Seriously. Try smiling at the employee and ask them how there day was.

They claim the "Mix-n-match" is no longer offered, when it's clearly on the online menu.If something is app-exclusive it should be labelled as such, and otherwise the employees should honor the online deals, this is ridiculous.I've never had a good experience here, most of the time I have to wait 5+mibnutes just to get someone's attention.Awful staff, must be managed by an absolute imbecile

The one who works there just handed us the order without letting us know that mozzarella stick is missing, when we stayed a little bit to check if we got everything, she came back to the window and then told us that they didn't have it, without giving a refund. She did not provide us a different option nor our money back, and I said something to her and she pretended that she could not understand it.
