Apparently reading an online order and following directions for in store staff is a very hard task. Not only did you butcher my order but you tried to "fix it" at the delivery drivers expense. It was so unfortunate my order got pushed here due to lack of delivery drivers. Totally see why people are not doing take away and delivery anymore. Deleted your app, have fun being the worst you can be.Side note:Thank you to my delivery driver as you are apparently the only one capable of reading and following directions. I appreciate you delivering my food when its cold.

I actually really like jimmy john sandwiches but it’s kinda ridiculous how bad this place is at completing order correctly when there’s modifications. I’m vegan so sometimes i like to get a veggie little john and i customize it for no cheese and no mayo and extra tomatoes. Firstly, I have never actually gotten extra tomatoes. it’s always the same three small slices so idk why i even bother atp. More frustrating is the fact that multiple times I have received a sandwich with cheese and/or mayo after I specified without. Honestly it seems like the employees don’t care at all about following the customizations

I placed an online delivery, my drink was wrong, instead of a sweet tea I got some type of soda & my sandwich came 1/2 the size of a regular sandwich, with stale hard bread. I called the store & spoke to a “manager”. She basically told me there’s no possible way my sandwich was smaller than usual and it couldn’t be a little john and then hung up in my face. When I worked there this was unacceptable lmfao

This location really needs to get it together or hire a new manager. In the past year I've ordered from here several times as it's the location that delivers to my home. Typically they take an hour or even more to deliver. About 4 out of these times I've called back to cancel the order because it's there has been no communication on delivery times or situations. Communication is key!! If this location is not able to deliver in at least 30min since they are short staffed why are they even offering delivery as an option!? Just remove the option from this location. I keep coming back to give them another chance but they always disappoint. Also JJ should probably drop the "freaky fast" talk because this location is definitely not it.

I wanted to mention in my review that the delivery person, who typically rides a bike and brings the meal in a food bag, deserves some sort of promotion. He consistently has a positive attitude and brings the meal to my workplace without any food or beverage falling out of the bag, etc.

I appreciate that this JJ is nearby and all, but why in the world does it take a hour+ to get my food delivered? I'd be better off just walking to get it. This obviously isn't the staffs' fault, but management probably needs to hire more drivers. Just something to be aware of if ordering from here. Everyone inside has always been nice when I physically go to get food.

Multiple orders have been wrong in the past, and most recently we found a hair in our caprese sandwich. Very disappointed.

Had an issue with my customizations. The worker who answered was nice, the manager was not. I'm not sure how exactly he expected me to quantify avocado spread on a sandwich, but I know what my normal sandwich is like. Im not a complainer but when the "extra" is basically nonexistent then I want my money's worth.

I never received my order, I called to speak to the manager and She said someone must’ve stolen my food. I asked her why the driver didn’t call when they arrived, as I asked & she said my number that I was calling from, didn’t work. She refused to do anything about it & hung up on me. I easily disputed the transaction & got my money back but customer service was horrible! ??

Woah! I don’t often write reviews but when I do…this was possibly the worst customer experience I have ever received. Waited in line for 5-10 MINUTES WITHOUT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED, every person in front of me walked out eventually, and then after asking the THREE PEOPLE behind the counter if they were taking orders that day, was grudgingly helped. But here is the best part-because I was the customer who genuinely inquired if they were going to assist in-store persons, they intentionally made my meal last out of 6 people. So, having paid I was trapped. And, for the record, this rage cage review is written BY SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY.

I ordered a #12..The Beach Club. It is my go-to sandwich. I ordered it and paid for extra Turkey and extra Avocado Spread. It didn't come with either one. It is the 2nd this has happened. I think that I'll be going to a different J.J.s. From now on.
