Their ketchup dispenser is powered by pneumatic pressure. It exploded all over me and the counter. Staff seem completely oblivious and don't care to acknowledge what happened. The one guy cleaning counters was the only one to fix the damn ketchup system AFTER he was using it himself while cleaning..... this location sucks! Also the cashier clearly noticed me being upset and ignored me to avoid the problem.

It's was super busy and super packed, but the staff was on top, of it, and the tall Manger with the Beard was handling the situation very well, for the fact they seemed very short staff, and for them being so busy the food was still fresh and very very very good, thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.

Unprofessional and reported to district manager and doordash corp on this day the 28th at 10:30 am been here for 15 plus minutes and people ordering after were served first. Do better very poor management and health and safety as well.

The guy at the counter was very rude went to get a refill for my coffee and he said I'd been there 2 hours and I replied that I'd only been there 15 minutes and told him that he was the person that rung up my order so he knew I wasn't there 2 hours.horrible experience.would not recommend anyone to go there.the restaurant smells like sewer as well.
