I gotta stick up for this McDonalds. Everywhere in champaign/urbana the service is horrible and that is a reflection of the workers who live in the town. This is a poor area, with people who just don't care and refuse to do anything to a standard. Every major chain you go to in this town, you will be disappointed and underwhelmed. You ever been to Wendy's lately? Yea the lady making your burger is on crack or a nice dose of meth. The fact this McDonalds is so busy and cranks it out, with a sub standard employee pool to choose from is amazing. It's not perfect, but they get the job done and that's about as much as you can ask from anyone in this town.

Slow ordered McChicken and 2 cookies wife did and we had to park for ten min then they tried to give her food to someone else didn't know who's order was whos let the customer tell him guy tried saying he had all 3 orders in his hand even though there's 3 cars kid went to give it to him I'm like no hold up that's her exact order check his receipt

I ordered 4 holiday pies and a large strawberry banana smoothie with the app. i get there 15 minutes later, spend 10 minutes in the drive thru, for them to tell me i need pull over and wait for my smoothie. 10 minutes later, they bring me my drink and 2 holiday pies. I follow them back inside, and tell them. they take my bag and ask for a receipt, so i return to my car, grab it, and re-enter the building and show them. they proceed to tell me, that they don't have holiday pies and i can get apple, or get a refund. so after 30+ minutes, i get half of what i wanted.

One of The best McDonald's in Champaign . Helpful staff .Kid-friendliness: High chairs , kids meals, kids toys, and new play land.Wheelchair accessibility: The chairs can be moved from the table so a wheelchair can pull up and have plenty of room.

The owner of this establishment needs to completely revamp the entire staff. It's a disgrace to the food industry and a disgrace to themselves. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the time specified by the establishment I still had to wait 20 minutes and the food was unacceptably below standards of a third world country. The staff were lackadaisical and rude. Save yourself and go to any other store.

They are almost always slammed and yet they still manage to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I've never had an issue getting an order replaced or remade on the rare occasions there was an issue. And the staff actually remember what customer service is supposed to be... What it used to be before Covid days.
Frappe machine never works…like never. They need to get better a maintenance program. It has to be one of their best sellers…get it working

Literally the WORST McDonald's ever. You might as well drive up and say "give me whatever you got" because that's what they do. No matter if you order in the drive through, on the app or in front of their face. On a very rare occasion they may get your order right and if they do the food will probably be old and disgusting. If you really want McDonalds I suggest you go to the one on Cunningham Ave in Urbana it's typically better (it also has different ownership).
