Literally every time I have stopped here, I am met with “we are out of this and this and this and this”. Usually included on that list is something I was going to order (literally they were out of white rice at 5:30pm on a weekday before?!). I would recommend china garden, same Americanized Chinese with a a lot more options.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. They told me it would be a 7-10 minute wait for fried rice, and it was 25 minutes.I ordered a plate, was charged for a plate, and they only gave me 1 entree. My spring rolls were cold as well, and I ate those first.

The most recent new hires need to keep their feelings and mood to themselves. Whenever someone throws the food you've just ordered into a bag, that speaks volumes. *Hint( she has a mouth like a donkey, red'pink hair, around 5'6 and generally works the counter) you're welcome.

Would've been great if I had gotten the other half of my order.I ordered the bowl with orange chicken and fried rice. No issues.I also got the bigger plate with 2 orders of mushroom chicken, green bean chicken, and fried rice. All I got was the fried rice.I also ordered a family size honey walnut shrimp, and it was less than half full.I live 30 minutes away, and I only get Panda a couple times a year, so I didn't make a fuss, but it was a pretty big disappointment, I was really looking forward to the mushroom chicken.

I went through the drive thru and attempted to order a plate. They were out of one of the entrees and said it would take 25 minutes for the other one and asked me if the wait was ok. I said yes, and the person replied, “You’re gonna wait for that?!” as if it was ridiculous for me to want what I what I ordered. I was surprised by their response. I had been willing to wait, but changed my mind after the interaction. Next time I want Panda Express, I’ll go to a different location.

Broken doors, card only, drive thru is typically a 30 minute wait. This time it was 30 minutes because while we were waiting for chicken they gave away our steak portion. So we had to wait for more steak.... "Please don't give away anything else while we wait for steak" I said, nervously. This place has a few hardworking staff members but has been going downhill for quite a while. If you want your food in under 30 minutes and consistent service you would probably get everything faster if you skipped urbana and drove to north prospect, walked in, and ordered there. Not joking.. avoid the urbana location unless you have time to kill.

Did not like how they hold double the amount of cards. My son went in and ordered food,total 50 and they took 100 ( did a hold of 50) No signs posted thar say that nor was that disclosured in any. Would love to know is that your policy or you just do that to certain ppl?
