No matter what you order you will get a veggie sandwich. They are saving so much that you can barely taste any meat. I prefer other locations much more than this one. Good interior though.

Made me one sandwich and then tried to charge me for another; apparently they have gotten rid of the Italian BMT entirely and replaced it with an "Ultimate BMT" - the only difference is that the latter should have twice as much cheese which they did not do (not that twice as much cheese is worth 2 extra dollars, but at least that's a corporate issue instead of local). Then they started to argue and condescend to me when I complained - I asked for an Italian BMT and they could have told me upfront that they don't make those anymore instead of making the entire sandwich and then trying to guilt me. I have been going to this location every week or two but usually order for pickup; I really can't believe how they treat customers in the line.

i came into subway with my little brother @9:45pm on july 6th my brother asked what kind of bread did they have the worker was rude about the question and asked in a rude way with a attitude what bread did he want he told my brother he could only have 3 sauces and we usually get multiple he said we could only pick one meat and we usually get 2/3 for our footlong the service was bad the worker was rude he needs to be fired!!!

I visited here today and had the worst experience. I made a mobile order and went to pick up my sandwich at the designated time. However, the staff told me that someone else had taken my sandwich. Although taken aback, I waited as he offered to make me a new one. Then, the person who took my sandwich came back to return it. The staff handed me the returned sandwich, which was already opened and in a disheveled state, making it unappetizing to eat. I kindly asked if he could make a new one, but he insisted that the sandwich was fine and refused. After continued protest, he eventually smashed the returned sandwich to the trash bin with a hint of annoyance.Regardless of whether he made a new sandwich, the service and attitude were the worst. If you don't want to ruin your lunchtime mood, don't visit here.

Do not recommend you patronize this business. There are so many better places for a sandwich in the area. We went in with coupon because 12.99 for a subway sandwich is ridiculous. We tried to live with the "rule" of what sandwiches they would allow us to use coupon- they should just say "no coupons" because they still didn't honor discount. What a ripoff! We should have told them to keep them. Sandwich was just ok- skimpy ingredients. We will never return and suggest you avoid!

Came here after a great bungsu from across the street to get sandwiches for the road.We are from out of state, visiting UIUC, this was our last stop in the area. It could have not been any worse. The owner lady couldn’t be any meaner- giving my children attitude while taking the order.Apparently she was upset at us because someone came in and out after seeing that there was a line.We ended up having to get out without any sandwiches, because I could not believe the attitude she was giving. WOW!

Went there to redeem a buy one get one coupon, they refused it saying it didn’t apply to the sandwich. Nothing in the fine print of the coupon revealed that the sandwiches we ordered didn’t apply to the coupon. Felt as if the owner made an excuse so we couldn’t use the coupon after the fact the sandwich was made. False advertising!

There was only one woman working the lunch rush today and she was like a well oiled machine! She was cranking out sandwiches and salads and was not skimping on ingredients. It was impressive!

Terrible service. I made an order through the subway app and had to wait an hour to receive an email telling me they canceled my order... When I called and asked why my order was canceled and why they couldn't have told me earlier so I wouldn't have wasted my time, they told me that they no longer accept orders from THEIR OWN SUBWAY APP!!! Absolutely terrible service!
