I always receive great customer service here. They get super busy sometimes and you get to see how hard they work at making sure the wait time isn’t long. The customer service is just as good when it’s busy as when it’s not.
This place is always a hit whether at the office or with the family. We love their smoothies, salads, and sandwiches! Always a welcoming atmosphere with fast and friendly service.

I believe this is the only Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in the Champaign-Urbana Area. Beware that it’s located INSIDE the Illini Union - so the pictures of the stand-alone location provided by the company are a bit deceiving.But don’t let that be a reason to turn you away. This location still produces the expected quality and service as other locations.
