I have been here only once, and that too for a carry out order of spicy Korean wings. I had known of bb.q Chicken before going to this establishment. They are a Seoul based international Korean fried chicken chain restaurant that serve delicious fried chicken. In my visit to this establishment, I ordered the eight (8) count of their Wings of Fire sauce fried chicken wings as I was in the mood for something pretty spicy. I asked if the wings could be made saucy and crispy, and I was told that they made them in just one way. Since the wings are freshly made to order, I was informed that there would be about 15 - 20 minutes wait before order pick-up. That wasn't a problem for me. My order was ready as informed. I had my wings soon after pick-up while they were hot and fresh. The wings looked super delicious and tasted as such as well. They were saucy, crispy, and meaty. Their flavor was very good, and the spice level was too my liking. The Wings of Fire sauce was finger licking good. Yum! I couldn't get enough of it. The wings hit the spot. It was money well spent. I loved them. Although I don't eat much breaded chicken these days, I world certainly go back here to try other sauces based wings. If you haven't checked out this establishment, then definitely give them a try or more.

Better off spending your money else where. Was charged an additional 20% for dining in, but didn’t receive any extra service. I went back up to get another drink and was charged the 20% surcharge again… for a canned drink! I could have grabbed in from the fridge myself! I’m all about leaving a tip for good service, but the cashier wasn’t friendly and the food was average. Still can’t believe I was surcharged for just a can of pop. Better off trying the competition.

I've been to quite a few bb.q chicken franchises. This was my least favorite thus far. It's an extremely small establishment so we weren't expecting much. The cashier that took our order looked so sad about being there. You are automatically charged 20% for dining in, I've never heard of this before. We ordered two small 8 piece wings which usually come with a small container of the pickled radishes and she was adamant that it only came with one so we ordered a second. She didn't check on us, didn't give us more water after we finished the jug and didn't bid us farewell. For paying a required 20% gratuity, some form of service would have been appreciated.
Great chicken overall. Seemed a little chewy this time. Ran out of spicy rice.. Normally go to Arlington heights location but tried Vernon hills this time and not sure why quality/freshness doesn’t seem as high and the fact they’re out of one of the most popular dishes.

this place really does in have best quality chicken. out of all the wings i’ve had this tops them with no questions asked. will for sure come back and recommend others to come here too. for the day that i came it seemed slow but in my opinion it shouldn’t been and should have a lot more people come and get good food like this.

I think it's the crispiest bbq chicken restaurant in Chicago. But the one thing that's unfortunate is that the soy garlic sauce isn't properly applied on the wing, so it's bland.
