I went there for the chicken breakfast biscuit but this time, I switch out the biscuit with a muffin! It’s so much better, more texture and the bread didn’t fall apart like the biscuit did! The staff is always so courteous and friendly and served with a smile!

Unfortunately I didn’t buy food, it is usually tasty, but I was recovering from a flu. I decided to pick up gift cards for Easter via the drive thru to limit contaminating others. The manager Bianca, rudely, and loudly complained that I had some nerve ordering 8 gift cards and holding up the drive thru lane, I was unaware it was rush hour , I had not been out of the house x 5 days. But goodness, where is the kindness Chic filet boasts of? Maybe Bianca needs to stay in back and cook.

Went for lunch to this location with a good friend around 3PM 1/27/24. Placed orders for delivery to table around 2:56PM. When friend and I didn’t get our orders for ~20 min while others that placed orders with cashiers after we arrived received their orders before us, we asked employee to check on our orders, your runner on duty did a fantastic job of addressing our concerns and getting us our food to tables 25 and 26. I don’t know his name, but he was extremely friendly and is the reason for this review as he went above and beyond to remedy the situation.As an ex employee of Chic Fil A at the Kildeer branch, I highly appreciate the kindness of this employee and effort to get us our orders even though this location was busy and seemingly understaffed.Thank you to this employee that helped us, sorry I can’t give you a shout out by name, but you are a great representative of the chic fil a brand, God Bless

The manager Blanca lies, is disrespectful, and has zero managerial skills.I am a food delivery driver. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready. No problem. The staff tell me they are wrapping it up.A moment later I get a notification on my app saying the order is ready. I inquire, and Blanca says they are working on the shakes.I try to explain to her that marking orders ready when they are not hurts the delivery drivers, because it looks like we are letting orders sit. We could lose ours job.What did she do instead of apologizing, taking responsibility, and promising not to jeopardize people's livelihoods?She put her hand in my face and told me to, "calm down."1) For someone who is having their job endangered by sabotage, I was calm.2) Not once has telling someone to, "calm down" been recommended in deescalating a situation.If Blanca is marking orders as ready to pick up when they aren't, what else is she lying about to make herself look better on the ledgers? Is she manipulating other figures? Is she sending out food that is undercooked to meet her drive-thru targets? Are essential cleanliness protocols being skipped, endangering the health and safety of both customers and staff?Beware.
