Outdated software, outdated and very limited menu. Could not even use credit cards because the machine won't accept them, receipts spit out 'connect error'. This place needs renovation and new management.It's 2024 please update your systems!!

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard in November ‘23. Got vanilla ice cream with nearly frozen cookie dough bites. Worked at DQ for a hot second in 2001 so I know how to make a blizzard which includes chocolate sauce. Over $5 for this trash? Staying loyal to the local ice cream place.

Doesn't honor prices on app, doesn't participate in rewards, ordered choc covered strawberry blizzard, could not find any strawberries and chocolate was equivalent to 2 chocolate chips. Won't be back, save yourself the trip and money.

Terrible blizzards. The Oreo Brookie looked like a vanilla blizzard. Where are the Oreos? Where are the Brookies? I've had this before in Libertyville, and this is nothing like it is supposed to be. Go to another DQ.

i've been coming to this place as a child with my family and yesterday was the last straw. the old woman behind the counter was always stingy and rude in the past. she never gave the correct amount of change back and confronting her about it made her angry.*warning* she targets small children and teens with money!! always changing the price and not giving back change.i received a "$0.99 for any blizzard coupon" in the mail and was excited to actually get something for cheap at this location but as soon as i pulled out the coupon the woman behind the counter says "it's only for buy one get one $0.99" i was so confused because the coupon never said that. but she insists and she STARTS making it already. i was standing there shocked. she finally comes out with the 2 cotton candy blizzards. THE TOTAL IS $8.67!! she charged me for 1 blizzard and the other $0.99. all because she wanted to make more money.the blizzards tasted good, like they normally would.not only she constantly scams us, but she also has a terrible attitude. always sighing, huffing and puffing, and snapping at customers who ask about the price.would definitely not come back. the place is dark and smells musty and dirty as soon as you come in. this place is only run by the woman and her husband. in the back room you can see chairs and random things stuffed in the back behind the machine. yesterdays experience was the last straw for me. do not recommend!!

i order all the time from grubhub, and the drinks are always leaking in the bag, this is how you treat faithful customers, i am finished with you guys, taking business elsewhere, obviously customer service doesnt mean anything, or customers, this happens every time i order.
