Older man who was the only one working at that time was very rude and non inviting. Not only to me but the person who he helped after me which actually told him "you don't have to be that rude". After he was told this it was a complete attitude change. Definitely not someone who should be working around people.

there is a bigger guy working and I politely told him i'm allergic to bananas and he put them in my drink and I asked him to remake it and he made it a big problem and got very hostile towards me. I hope when I decide to come back to jamba he either isn't working there or is fired. I have loved jamba juice for over 23 years and this experience has been the worst experience i've ever gotten I wouldn't have gotten a drink that had bananas in it, if I knew politely asking for them to be taken out of my drink was a big problem for the big guy himself.

I used to work for Jamba Jucie. The girls were nice. No one was at the front when I walked in. It didn’t feel welcoming. I ordered an old drink and added peanut butter. They made my drink. The drink had to be placed back in blender to blend up more. The outside of my cup needed to be cleaned off. My drink wasn’t made for the correct amount to fit cup. There was less in my cup. For the price I paid for my drink, not worth it.Just want this location to know they need more training. It’s sad to see it go down hill when it was one of my favorite jobs and I had fun working for Jamba. This location is the only one around where I live. Just a heads up to maybe help you guys out.Thanks!

This place is not the same as before, they never served bobas but they’re just following the trend now, it was all about juices and now they don’t even serve juices because they use the excuse of “the machine is broken” then fix it, there’s a reason it’s called jamba juice and not jamba smoothie or jamba boba, they don’t wanna fix it because their lazy, and their customer service is horrible, wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy

Had an issue with door dash so I called. They had me on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up. Never had jamba juice and now I probably will never have it. At least not from this location.

This location does not have any freshly made juices, no Orange or Carrot or Green grass juice. Jamba juice is good for freshly prepared juice and I believe the staff is lazy to make some and always give lame excuses like the machine is broke and something.

Funny enough- I brought someone here to get a feel of why I speak so highly of jamba. I didn’t get the name of the worker because she was the only one working. Not only was she taking her time with us- she also perfected our order. It was so good we could barely put it down. She did amazing and left a wonderful impression for a first timer. Both smoothies were made correctly.
