Sandwiches are fine (normal Jimmy John’s quality, if you’re familiar) but the delivery is so slow. Expect to wait at least 45-60 minutes. Twice I have waited an hour and a half. The draw of Jimmy John’s is that they have fast delivery, so won’t be ordering from here again.

Great staff, and they truly are freaky fast. I’m impressed how quickly they can get through a whole line of people in a short period of time. Great pickles. A+Parking: Parking right in front of the store.

Absolutely ridiculous! I placed a mobile order to arrive at my work place for 1pm. It went out for delivery at 12:55pm and it did not arrive UNTIL 1:39pm despite this location being only 5 mins away. The ice in my drink had already melted and my drink was barely cold, already starting to taste flat because of the melted ice. Extremely disappointed. This is not the first time this location's delivery drivers were extremely late delivering my order either. I'm quite tempted not to order from this location again unless the employees are properly trained and can deliver orders ON TIME.

Just a simple Roast Beef and Cheese sandwich. Nothing else on it how hard is that to make?!? Can you read, follow simple instructions? Not like Im gonna open my wrapped super easy sandwich up to double check your work. My mistake for sure! I get home to a turkey sandwich with tomato, cucumber, pickles and mayo! It's not even the right meat!!! They got absolutely nothing on this sandwich correct besides it was on bread!!! So disappointed. Guess we can't expect some high school kid to understand attention to detail. Maybe they need some one to do quality control so customers are not wasting their time and money. Called them and they offered my a credit but honestly I doubt I'll ever see that because why the hell would I want to go back!!! Done with fast food places they just don't give a crap.
The attention is disgusting, the poor service and the staff seem to be working to work a disaster. I am disappointed in this store

Ordered a #4 Turkey Tom w provolone on Tuesday May 16th. Opened up my sandwich when I got back to work, revealing this joke of a sandwich. Come on man! Do better. Have some pride. Tossed it right in the trash.

The staffing is a bit tough at this location. Everyone was friendly enough but only 1 sandwich came out while we were waiting and I had to ask about the 2nd sandwich. And then they didn't give me the pickle I ordered so I had to ask about that. After looking at the order, they gave me a whole pickle rather than slicing it. The training could use some tweaking here guys.
