The food was decent, i really enjoyed their salad. Our waiter was attentive and available. I don't like that we have to keep asking for bread here. I feel its a bit over priced for what is offered. In my opinion its just a more expensive Olive Garden.

Today at noon at Vernon Hills, a young woman employee eavesdropped on my conversation. She heard we have lung cancer, and started telling us about her mother taking oils for brain cancer. I tried to stop her, but she tried to persist. Then when I was trying to leave, she essentially assaulted me, invading my personal space to tell me I’m horrIble. You have hired someone who now has caused me to never visit your establishment again. One star is for Tyler, lack of 4 stars is due to that other person.

David the best server he made the 1st time experience the best even the food wasn't perfect but he made sure he fix our food immediately and fix all mistakes and gave us the attention any customer who dine in would love. I enjoyed it and appreciate his work. He made this restaurant a good place and feel great to eat at. Not bad price either thank you David
The service is very good and timely with the courses. The food is cooked perfectly, fresh, and hot as it should be.My only thing is they don't offer different types of noodles like tortellini, etc.
I enjoyed my first time eating at Maggiano's. We celebrated my sis in law's birthday there. We ordered chicken entrees and pastas. The servings were enormous and they even have an option to order take home for a cheaper price. We tried their desserts-- the New York style cheesecake was just okay but their Tiramisu was so good. Since it was a birthday lunch, they served a piece of Tiramisu with a lighted candle for the celebrant. We were so full and still had lots of take-homes..Kid-friendliness: There were some toddlers from another table and saw that they were seated on a high chair and looked comfortable. The placement of tables and chairs were not cramped so the kids could somehow run around.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at the entrance and the wheelchair could be freely pushed inside and fit into the dining area.
Amanda, our server was great! We ordered the Stuffed Mushroom appetizer, the top was crispy and so good. The Chicken Parmesan was delicious. The Spaghetti and Meatball with Meat Sauce was excellent (we ordered it with extra meat sauce). All the food was served hot (so nice) with very generous portions. We took home some wonderful leftovers. Amanda is caring and takes pride in her service. Thank you Amanda!! Maggiano, you are lucky to have Amanda!

So, we had reservations at 7:30pm, was about a 20 minute wait anyway. Then they put us in a booth right next to the kitchen which was really distracting (plus the hostess went really fast leading us to our table, and a friend could not walk that fast!). The kitchen screwed up one order, and since another person brings out the orders instead of our server, had to flag him down to correct it, which he did. Not impressed.
