Potbelly is my fav and I will give them another chance, but I would like everyone to see the cup of mac I received the other day. Why would you serve this? Not only was it old and over cooked, it was visually disgusting.

Good food as always. I think it’s funny they have all sorts of signage: “Save time, best the line, order online”. Especially when the place ignores online orders till the line is gone. Other than that, and the broken front door closer that caused the door to slam into my back, it’s usually a pleasant restaurant.

Management at this location is very poor. District manager Tim and Macenzie are completely unprofessional. Corporate needs to know about these people they hire!! Totally not customer service oriented. I got ignored from both of these people. I spend 4K month and will definitely be ordering our meeting lunches somewhere else. Please corp office reach out to me for more details.

I ordered delivery a mile away, on their website in Vernon Hills and item was not delivered at all. When I called a hour later they were totally dumbstruck and stunned because they did not even realize the order was still undelivered an hour after it's promised time although it was all captured on line. They agreed to cancel order because it was botched anyway but never refunded my credit card for the premature charge they made to my card. I have called the owner multiple times and they promise to process the refund which should be done instantaneously but is not yet done weeks later.Don't trust their process or their commitment. They should not accept delivery orders if they are incapable of delivering them and definitely not charge for orders they are incapable of delivery. I will never order again with them or recommend to anyone. I may have to seek Better Business Bureau assistance to get my money back because they are unresponsive.I have used Dominos,BurgerKing, Papa-johns, Uncle Julio's,Wendy's and Potbelly's since the contactless delivery process was established. Everyone one of those companies had flawless delivery experience. Even the mom and pop local companies in the area delivered even though they had no tracking mechanism. On the rare occasion they did not deliver they made sure my card was not charged for a non delivered order unlike Potbelly.Instead of replying canned messages without a resolution of my open problem your marketing people must place an online delivery order in real time like a real customer and experience the hassle to understand how frustrating a small retail customer experience is. No MBA needed!

I run restaurant and love to support franchisees especially fast casual. This potbelly run very poorly. Twice now in last month they don’t have strawberry shakes which is important for few of my team members. First time, no ice cream, today, no frozen strawberries. If you don’t have items once, it’s okay; not again & again. I love potbelly shakes but i will never come back here again.

I'll likely go again, but will leave if I see the same person making sandwiches. I've had Potbelly's many times, but this was my first time here. It was so poorly made, that I have to believe their entire staff isn't that bad at making a sandwich. Store-to-store consistency has always been good in my experience, so I'm thinking this may have been the individual. I'm guessing the same person prepped the veggies, b/c that was another part of what messed up the sandwich. I'd need a side-by-side from another store to compare, but the meat may have also been sliced a little thick. To top it off, one end of the sandwich was even sticking out of the paper that it was wrapped in. I actually noticed another employee (possibly manager) watching it being made, and it didn't seem to be going well. I was right. 2 stars b/c the store seemed clean, and food quality itself was good. Just poor execution.

I love Potbelly, but my to-go order from this location was awful. I got my favorite - meatball sub -- and it was so dry and flavorless, with barely any cheese or marinara sauce. I love that taste of the roasted sub with fresh, moist meatballs, hot, melted cheese and warm marinara sauce, but got none of that. I can't remember the details about my wife's order, but she also thought hers was terrible.

There were 3 employees, yet none of them came out for 5 minutes even after countless attempts to get their attention. Furthermore, terrible customer service and rude employees. Avoid this Potbelly.

The tuna salad sandwich has very little tuna. We ordered the tuna salad three times from the Vernon Hills store to give Potbelly a chance in case the employees made a mistake. We emailed corporate alerting them about our concern. Never heard back from Potbelly corporate. Tried tuna salad sandwich a fourth time, still very little tuna. Tuna is very inexpensive compared to other meats. We will be switching to Jersey Mike's. Everyone we know tells us their sandwiches are consistently good.

The driest sandwich I've ever received in my life. I ordered through Doordash and there wasn't a drop of mayonnaise anywhere on the sandwich. It was absolutely inedible without the addition of three tablespoons of mayonnaise. The chili tasted like undercooked ground beef in tomato soup. There was zero chili spice. I throw it out. I can honestly say the worse dining experience.
