Sat at a table on outdoor patio and while the view is a parking lot, it is pleasant, with options for sitting both with and without umbrellas. Our wait staff was absolutely adorable and did an awesome job - sorry I didn't catch your name but I think you were working the entire patio, which is not easy! Food was delicious, as always. We shared a chicken wrap (huge!) and a Chinese chicken salad, and both were super fresh and tasty! This was a last minute find and it was such a great experience because of both food and excellent service, we'll be back again soon!

Began visiting in the 80’s when it was on Clark…. And the burgers are as good as ever with all the toppings. Despite no salad bar, we were full with the chips, burgers and beer. I enjoyed the bacon, pepper jack, sautéed onions on my burger while friends all experimented with various combinations. We were all very happy with the food…. The server tried hard but took too long to tell us two different beers listed were unavailable…. Had to settle on this selection and hence the point off. The place was concerningly not busy… and I hope it stays open and an option for a very reasonably priced burger. We’ll be back.

My parents and I used to go to the claim company when it was in Northbrook Court. I had not eaten at the claim company in years and thought "why not try this place??" Holy. Motherfuckin. S**** This place is f****** fire!!! From the quesadillas to the steak sandwich to the desert, this place put me in flavor country. It's a good thing I don't drink anymore, as I could see getting moderately inebriated and getting half necked in this spot,

If I could give no stars I would. Food was average not terrible by any means. But the owner and staff were incredibly rude and made horrible racist comments. I cannot support a business that allows that kind of behavior especially in front of customers and children.

Everything was good but disappointed salad bar not open. Also terrible gnat/fruit flies swarming us and in our food. Server stated since it was summer? I know it is not normal and due to cleanliness or bar lines needing to be cleaned.

We ordered the blackened ahi tuna and hearty kale & salmon salad for carryout. Wow, the food and customer service were excellent! The strips of blackened ahi tuna were delicious and perfectly seared rare and served over cold buckwheat soba noodles tossed in a Thai peanut sauce with carrots, scallions, and red peppers. The side of wasabi vinaigrette kicked it up a notch! The grilled salmon was superb as with the salad of kale, brussels sprouts, cabbage, radicchio, and romaine lettuce with candied pecans, dried cranberries, tomatoes and feta cheese. The side of carb-free garlic and herb vinaigrette went really well with the salad. We'll definitely be coming back!

The service was not good. Our server was slow and forgot things several times. Also the chicken tasted funny and I was not informed that the rice with the teriyaki chicken was wild rice - which I do not like. When I only ate a few bites of my food, she didn't even ask me if I there was something wrong or offer anything else. Not impressed.

We had a reservation and we were on time. The hostess said there would be a thirty minute wait. I complained and the manager came over and said since we had a reservation we'd only have to wait 15-20 minutes. WHAT! We had theater tickets and had to be on time. We were finally seated 20 minutes later and then after waiting almost 10 minutes to even get water we got up to leave. The server finally came over. We stayed and ordered. The food was OK. We gobbled down the food, which is not a desirable way to eat. We got out of there as fast as we could. As Seinfeld said in an episode when renting a car, “you know how to take a reservation but don't know how to keep it. We'll never go back.

Food is outstanding. The workers all around are wonderful and knowledgeable. This is our go to every week. Family owned and takes pride in the food they make.

MOTIVATE PRESTIGE

Severely understaffed. Server who was bartending as well did his best. 6 clients at bar and 4 tables. Way too much in any situation. That just gets you a volume employee who never has the time to make it anything more than a minimal experience. One thing that was very disappointing was watching a busser from the dining room, wearing a full white smok, clean a table and re use the wrapped silverware, and place it in a huge silver BUS tub that sat outside the hostess station. This is where the wrapped silverware is kept and after sitting on a table with guests, and if not used, it comed back for reuse....take that mess to the kitchen or something. Food was decent, beer list very touristy and basic. My wife loved her meal as mine came out with cold bread. I would try this place again if some things changed.

Always consistent. Always good. The Motherload is a great burger, that you can customize with all kinds of different toppings. The wait staff and owner are always welcoming.

We have been a regular customer for years, but unfortunately, over our last few visits, they have changed and not for the better. They use to have the most outstanding Chicken Breast Motherload Sandwich. They have reduced the size and quality of the chicken breast, overcooked it as it was completely dried out, the chips were not as good as before. On a positive note, out Server Peggy was great and appreciated. I can also see that on a Friday evening, that they are not enjoying the same crowd that they use to. Is this because of the pandemic or poor-quality food, and/or a combination of all? Unfortunately, as this was their second chance with us, both visits-very poor, I do not believe that we or our friends will be going back.

We had a party of three and were both greeted and hosted immediately. We enjoyed the pretzel bites as an appetizer while we waiting for our food. We ordered the BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich, one of the signature burgers, and the BBQ Chicken Wrap. The entrees come with Chips, yet we substituted with fries and sweet potato fries. Everything was prepared properly and served hot. Our server was pleasant and checked in on us frequently. The team seemed to be in a groove as the front, serving, and bus staff were moving tables along. We enjoyed a nice meal and look forward to trying this establishment again when in the area.

Ate there last night and got food poisoning from the chicken wings, called the next day after being sick all day and politely asked for a manager to make them aware. Wasnt asking for a refund or anything just wanted to make them aware, was met with a manager with an attitude and no regard for service. Not okay when I was just trying to let them know.
