I've only been here once and I plan on keeping that way. The food looked mediocre. I didn't have any despite my friends wanting to share their appetizers with me. It looked like typical fried bar food. Nothing surprising since it is in fact a bar. The ambiance was the worst part for me. We were there for karaoke night and it was like all the jocks came out to play that night. Not my cup of tea, but I'm sure some of their other patrons may enjoy that crowd. The best part was our waitress. I wish I got her name because she kept up with our table and was quite pleasant.

Lady of the Night with mutli colored hair, tattoos, and balloons on her chest verbally berated me at the pool table. She walked by and tried to make a wager of $5000 for someone that was not even playing the game. I obviously declined. When the person she thought I bet on lost the pool game. She stated I owed her $5000 and claimed I female dog for not paying her. When this led to a verbal argument, she gave me the middle finger and walked to the bar.I later learned that she was employed at this bar and was on shift during my incident. I watched as she further consumed alcohol and whispered in the bouncers ear for the remainder of the evening. Overall she was very unprofessional and I cannot believe that an establishment would allow this behavior.The bouncer was also drinking during his shift. I don’t know if this is allowed in IllinoisBesides her other staff was very friendly. However peeped at my phone and text messages as I was sitting at the table.The Villa Park police department also arrived during my stay and caused huge commotion at the bar. The staff did nothing to escalate the situation as patrons were confused and appalled by the aftermath. Don’t know how often the police are here. But I can only assume the number is unprecedented for the area. The tax dollars paid to the police to service such an establishment must be unimaginable. Thankfully I do not pay these tax dollars.In summary, with the current service and state of the bar. I would not recommend anyone go here. You may be berated by staff, see a police critical incident, or be accused owing someone $5000. 2/5 since the drinks were cheap.

Demitos SaIoon I grew up in villa Park, IL. I moved, but this was always my favorite bar to go to. The bartenders are great, the owners are too. It has a great friendly atmosphere, slot machines, pool table, and outside patio with a bar. I always had a great time when I went there. Oh, and also live music sometimes. Mostly on the weekends. Just know, on the weekends this place gets crowded. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to Mahoney's across the street. It is a very bad environment.

Extremely loud, unorganized Ordered food and for the price I paid for what I got. The food quality was horrible. It was also not made as requested. The bathrooms are disgusting. There's no soap in the bathrooms. Divey and expensive won't return

A real wholesome bar in America's heartland. Easy laid back crowd with a good selection of beers. They had live entertainment on Fridays. Didn't get some food just the beer but it was a good place to hang out.

This is a bar you go to at night and enjoy with friends. Much of a younger crowd about mid 20’s. Cheaper drinks than most places, a bit of a rowdy bar.
