There was a long drive thru line as well as in-store line and these teenagers prefer to talk up a storm.I waited almost 20 minutes for my latte. One employee was in charge of the drinks while two were on their phones and the rest complaining about their job. My latte was extremely watery and had a lot of ice when I said “light ice.” Starbucks, if you are going to be requesting tips from customers after you overcharge us, at least provide that excellent Starbucks experience we remember.

This location is mostly dirty. Baristas act like they don’t want to be there. And tipping is getting out of control. I just want my drink and sandwich like any other fast food restaurant.

I frequent Starbucks on a waaay to frequent basis. I have rarely ever seen an employee in a bad mood and generally always pleasant. The staff at this location had such a strange and indifferent vibe (bad hires Starbucks). I stood at the counter (no line) and took a minute to decide. Once I was ready I approached the counter and the gal who was taking orders ignored me going in and out of the back room multiple times. 5 others working behind the counter in production and drive thru- not very busy- all looked at me multiple times, but no one addressed the fact I was waiting to order. So after literally 8 minutes I walked out and said okay, if you don't want to take my order I guess I will leave and NO one apologized or attempted to make it right. Sad day for Starbucks on Roosevelt (Burlington lot). Actually looked as if you could have used a customer. The staff had the place smelling as if they had nearly burnt the place down.

A good atmosphere is expected at Starbucks. Don’t you agree? The service was faster than what I am used to. There were only 4 people on crew for a Saturday, that is not alot IMO. With that, I would have less than perfect expectations but these people were fast and got us our drinks quicker than I have ever seen; clearly carefully as well. ☺️

Terrible service, and the sandwiches are always missing cheese or bacon. got one this morning after having not going to this location for a while and there was no bacon on the gouda one. I won’t be coming to this location anymore after dealing with the rude staff

One of the busiest Starbucks ever. The decibel is so loud, baristas have a tough time deciphering whether my order was a butter croissant or a chocolate croissant. It was a butter, but she got it wrong. That's okay, it's Starbucks, which is usually good.

I ordered a dirty chai tea latte. The batista said a chai tea latte. And I said "dirty" chai tea latte. She said "ok". And then I got a regular chai tea latte. Not what I ordered. If she didn't know what it asked for she should have said so.

I went here to work on some things I needed to get done for work on my computer while having a drink. I ordered a tentra pink drink. The baristas are not friendly. The atmosphere is very loud with music blasting in the background, which made it difficult to focus on what I was working on. A lot of people frequent Starbucks and work on tasks on their computer. It is pretty common and I don't understand why this location would choose to put on club music at a high volume. It was not the same environment as other Starbucks locations I have been to. The drink itself was a little off compared to other locations as well. Not impressed with this Starbucks.
