I was here on Valentines day and the lady working behind the counter always has either her daughter or son in this establishment. BUT on Valentines day her son was in and OVERDOSED ON HEROINE IN THE BATHROOM who employee's this type of person and she still works here????? If this is how the owner operates I will NEVER BE BACK!! SO DISGUSTED AND THE LADY SAID ITS NOT HIS FIRST TIME TO OD - WOW WHAT A MOTHER!!

I do love how my review was somehow deleted. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois gaming board with video evidence that the machines do not pay out what they claim. For separate videos of the machines that are supposed to pay out 1 in 4 are averaging 1 in 8 or worst. Numerous calls to the company and emails and they will never respond to give you the mandatory cash in to cash out information that they are supposed to have and provide when requested.

There's always something new and wonderful going on at Stella's Place because everyone's a winner. Also they are looking to hire nice and friendly people with great personality. I give Stella's Place located at 298-7 North Park Plaza in Villa Park, Illinois 5 stars!

This is my first complaint and hopefully the last. I would like to let everyone know how I was treated at Stella's. Stella have a Summer promotion (7/2017 - 8/2017) of receiving 3 game pieces for collecting letters to get the prizes, instant prize or second chance drawing. I went to Stella's on August 20, I showed up and then Scott showed up within 10 minutes afterwards. Patrick gave my pieces to customer Scott after me, This resulting Scott to win the $100 prize because he opened game piece with letter "A". I was furious because those game pieces should have been given to me. Employee Patrick recognized me, but did not acknowledged me. I did not received my water. Favoritism and rude service played a role. Manager Dawn and Director Sasha refused to compensate me and had to take it take as a loss.
