Yikes. It would be great if they would take an order. There isn't a way to leave the drive-thru either once you're in line. Don't waste your time. The workers will stare out the window at you and turn off the lights.

If you ever have an Uber eats order here, just cancel it or wait Along time! On top of waiting for 20 minutes for an order WITH NO CUSTOMERS, they didn’t even bring my 3 sliders for that 20 minutes. At least bring me my food while I wait. Also, this is like my third order I’ve had to wait extremely long for fast food… and I’ve been here 3 times for orders… never again

The people that work here are so bitter and or get the order wrong even on slow days but y’all got some new guy working there the Mexican boy, he looked like a manager and he actually cares and takes the time when helping a guest and even see him helping other staff running around I don’t write reviews unless I feel it’s necessary and that boy is a breath of fresh air at y’all’s business. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I was served well!

This location should just be shut down.Got in line. Only 1 car in front of me and they were already at the window paying.Placed my simple order and then waited almost 10 minutes before anyone took my payment. And then it was almost another 10 minutes before I received my food.Will never go back.

Very slow service. The eating area was clean. The only issue we had is we ordered combos & sides & there was an issue with us receiving our fries. Which was completely silly & made no sense. That's why we never eat in & order a crave case to go.

I went there @ 5:30 and ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and when I got to the pick one up window I asked for some specific condiments and didn't get all of them then asked for a plastic bag and was told they didn't have them which I know they do because I got them before. Now I get home and the burgers were a mess half off the bread and asked for ketchup, so little you couldn't tell I had any now the kicker she gave me 2 napkins what a joke I will never go there again ever.

RUDE MOOD Listening to Stevie Ray Vaughan's Greatest Hits can't erase a miserable experience at this White Castle. Hoping for a quick lunch, I pulled into the drive-thru around 12:30pm at this location on North Ave & Addison Rd in Villa Park. The line of cars was hardly moving, the first of several harbingers that bad things were yet to come. There was trash littering the area around the building grounds and drive-thru, harbinger #2. My order was simple: 4pc chicken ring combo with Dr Pepper ($7.50), and a single slider ($2). I must have said "can you solve an integral using partial-fraction decomposition?", because the girl was hopelessly confused. After an eternity of total silence, I repeated my order......twice. 15 minutes later, I'm finally at the window and get greeted with this gem: "what was your order?" I'm a perpetually chill dude, but at this point I can feel my blood pressure rising. For the FOURTH. DAMN. TIME I repeat my order, a heartbeat away from asking for a manager. I pay, another quarter hour passes (what on earth??), and I'm given a regular Coke instead of Dr P - at this point I couldn't care less - along with my food. I drove outta there so quickly, I'm sure I left tire marks. From start to finish, this was a complete disaster, and not once did anyone working there issue an apology for the insane amount of time it took (nearly 30 minutes). I would've accepted an insincere 'sorry', but they couldn't even muster that. * TL;DR * Friendly attitudes, accurate orders, fast service? Did you think this was a Portillo's? No, this is a White Castle, and a lousy one to boot. Expect apathy (bordering on rudeness), getting the wrong drink (despite repeating yourself 4x), and nearly half an hour of sitting in the car waiting for employees to get their sh*t together. Whoever is in charge here couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag.

Waited at the drive through so long I had to shut my car off, then finally ordered my food one person took my money then the pulled up to the next window the same person gave me my food. Ate my food in my car, ordered the number 2 two double cheese burgers fries and a drink. The meat tasted like it was sitting in a food warmer, not fresh at all . White Castles burgers are always cooked fresh this is the first time I received a non fresh burger. I will not go back to this location ?.

Absolutely the worst White Castle ever. I preordered on line the day before for 60 sliders. I paid for them when I ordered and received the receipt for my payment. When I went to get my order I was told their system was down and I wasn't getting my order even though it was paid for. I said then make the order for me now The manager said no, not unless you pay for them. I said but I already paid. She said too bad. Take that up with the app. I now had a house full of grandkids waiting to be fed. I had to reorder and repay for my food and wait a half hour for the order. The manager was the rudest person I have ever met! White Castle... you should be ashamed. Never again!

Decent service. Tried to give me someone else's order at first. Then they corrected it. They really need to fix the speaker on the drive thru. You're right next to North Ave traffic and can't hear much of anything they say to you.

I have sliders once in a blue moon when WC is just around the corner. It was no different this time around. Sliders are just as tasty as ever but not as cheap as ever. This place is not the cleanest I have been to. It was early morning and it looked like it was a late afternoon here.

Location is marked as 24 hours Friday Sat Sunday and this is not true. Was hungry late night on a Friday and drove 30 mins since this store is marked open 24 hours on a Friday. At the menu board I was informed they closed 10 minutes before I got there even though there were 2 cars waiting at the window ahead of me. I was told to back out of their long curving driveway which was impossible to do. What a joke. They won’t have my business ever.

Food was ok. Wife had a taste for white castle so I ordered online for pickup. That part all went well until I got home. Clearly stated in the special instructions was no pickles and no onions. Well needless to say I had more pickles or onions from the sliders we ordered than I thought would be possible.
