Stopped by this place to grab some lunch with a friend. Service was on point, as we were greeted promptly and seated at a booth of our choice. Once we ordered, the wait wasn't very long, since there weren't too many people there at the time. The food was delicious, except for some of the chips, which were a bit stale and overheated/slightly burned.Other than that, a great authentic Mexican experience, if you're looking for something different whenever you're in town.
From the pretty decor to the hardworking staff to the delicious food you won't be disappointed. Jo is one of the hardest working people I have ever know so she runs a tight ship! Clean, spacious, excellent! The whole catfish is perfect and her fried chicken cannot be beat!

SOL DE MEXICO in virden is delicious. I'd recommend anyone to eat there. Very friendly atmosphere and they're very fast at making their food. It's worth the wait to eat their! Thank you SOL DE MEXICO for your years of service your all awesome!!!
