Okay this is one diner that everybody needs to give a chance to if it be lunch breakfast dinner smack dessert margaritas. This place is ran by a wonderful woman and her family they always make everybody feel welcome and part of the family. My husband and I have been going there every weekend for 7 years and in 7 years I have only had one issue. Definitely try their taco bar night that is Tuesdays and then they have Mexican night on Thursday some of the best fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy there is within a 20 mile radius of Decatur. All I know is that this place is a favorite place for me and my family to go 10 out of 10 all the way. They have done a lot of updates to the interior so it is looking quite lovely inside. Feel free to bring your kids they're very patient there and usually the other people eating are very patient people.

cafe style interior. small town feel with a limited menu. the service was the best part. I had the Rueben sandwich and this did not disappoint. Many eateries don't use pastrami but substitute corned beef. also using Real Rye, adds a nice tasty flavor to the combination of sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Pastrami. to round out the texture? and lightly grilled on both sides to add that crisp and melt the cheese
